Upcoming event for Christmas [Updated]

Mugen's running a Secret Santa event next month, providing we have enough participants when the month rolls around.

I wanted to get this journal up nice and early so that anyone thinking of participating has time to check schedules and such, since I know Christmas is a very busy time for some people and it's only fair that anyone that wants to get involved is able to both give and receive their present.

On the 1st of December I'll be sorting out the names I have down to give everyone their secret recipient. In the mean time, those who want to take place please drop a comment on this journal confirming it that you want to be involved before that date.

I'm asking that the gifts ;
Only involve things related to the school
Be at least one coloured or shaded image as a minimum
Have effort put into them

If you can't manage these specifics and/or you're unsure if you'll have the time to complete a present, I wouldn't recommend taking part to avoid anyone being disappointed.
I'll set it in motion at the start of December.


[Edit] - For everyone planning to get involved, send me ( ) a note with details of what you would like your SS present to include, if you have any thought up, and I'll list them here in this journal for the others to see. Alternatively you can leave it open to your Santa's own ideas, but if you're planning on this let me know in a note anyway.

Bare in mind that your ideas should be doable - take into consideration how much time and work would have to go into them and how much info is currently available about your students. If any of your ideas involve something not everyone signing up may know, include it in your note and I'll include it here.

- Aya (and optionally Suna) enjoying something Christmas themed, e.g. playing in the snow, sledding, ice skating, making a snowman, drinking hot cocoa etc., with the student(s) of the Santa.

- Anything with Sarah and/or Vera.

- Aurora and the student(s) of the Santa sharing in something traditionally Christmasy, e.g. hanging stockings, placing the star on the top of a tree etc.
-If the Santa decides to draw Aurora in her non-human form, she has her winter coat: northernnightqueen.deviantart.… ,  at the moment.
If the Santa decides to draw her in human form, 'dorky Christmas sweaters' are requested.

- Tish enjoying an enormous cake with the Santa's student(s)

- Shal and the Santa's students(s) sharing/mixing seasonal traditions
-Christmas doesn't exist in Shal's own world, but instead her people have festivities around the winter solstice (similar to paganism), which also involve gift giving, emphasis on lights, the colours white, silver and blue, and clothing and decorations based on animals such as; snowy owl, timber wolf, elk/moose, snow leopard, sea lion, polar bear etc.

- Ragna hanging out the Santa's student(s).
He's new to the concepts of both gift giving and Christmas, and would welcome some sort of lesson about what's all about mixed into the time spent with him.

[2nd December Update] - To everyone listed in this journal, will be sending out notes to let you know who your SS recipient will be later today. Remember to keep them undisclosed and have fun with your creations~
Naturally Christmas day is the aim for presenting them, however if you have issues such as having to post early because you won't be around for the day, or if you have issues getting finished in time, as long as they're still given within this month its not a problem for the event timing.

If for some reason you don't receive the note about your recipient today, let know and she'll get it sorted.
