Kakuzu repairin' Deidara's arm... It's pink and purple for VALENTINES DAY. I used to hate it but it means cinnamon hearts now so I'm cool with it. I could never imagine these two as a pair. I totally see KakuHidan and even KakuKisa(which I quite like) but def not KakuDei.

Man up, Deidara - for god's sake, it was just a couple of arms and no pain killers once the initial adrenalin wore off. But Kakuzu's a good sport - it's a wonder this "kind, caring, I promise I won't reveal what a big baby you are and NOT blackmail you with that info later" version of McStitches isn't shown more often in parody drawings.
