Well...looks like New Young Hero Rangers know Raigen's weakness who clearly rely on his muscles and melee combat too much so they disabled his arms away... but that is not enough to stop this mad beast He always train his neck and jaw muscles too ( lol whut )
Don't underestimated this old---uh i mean senior ranger !.... it's a public knowledge that this senior ranger is actually pretty dense and stupid ...
and besides... What a perfect setting for Raigen... he's so hungry...GEdung Sate (Sate/Satay is a delicacy here) inspires Raigen to literally make satay by using all the poles there  (including the one on top of building) to make human satay...baked with his electocute ability...but damn, the activation power from his canvas nearly run out...............but well...even those GammaGreen are interested in his "WHAT'S RAIGEN COOKIN'
