Real tight theme, but it seems to have a different menu on my phone than in your preview. In the preview, the fishies are darkened, on my phone, they are motion-blurred. Still kicks ass

I don't like the Apple Logo on most menu's though, and I prefer dark backgrounds with light text for writing text messages. May I please edit the theme for personal use?
