I hate his villiage outfit. It looks like he ripped up five different shirts, then put them together again, and removed one sleeve to drive the other villiage-girls insane with his pretty-boy-ness. xD

It was Ms. Scarlet, with the revolver, and the lead pipe, somewhere in the house, but since she used a pipe we must conclude it was in the sewer, because Mr. Body wouldn't leave Professor Plum.
