Artist's Comments

I dabble in shamanic practices from time to time (which all day-dreamers do, I guess), which are an ingenious method to get to know your subconscious and travel through it with a guide who knows the ins and outs.

Nicely detailed and colored. I really like the poses and setting. Very good ambiance and style. Bizarre and beautiful.

i truly love the picture, very mysterious one:wow: and it creates an awesome atmosphere, like a sunny morning in some high mountains on the last(or first) day of world

:)

There is a faux-romantic castle ruin on a hill near where I live (they rebuilt the ruins, taking care where exactly to place the stones to make it seem more Caspar David Friedrich - but it retains a certain charm) - you can see very far and wide across the hills all the way to the distant mountains. I started that after returning from there.

I also like the way you see it. The idea I had with it was that things may seem calm outside while inside everything seethes and boils - but you can easily turn it around and say that creation and expression often come from inner turmoil - or: last day and first day of the world.

Ha ha. When I went through your gallery this was my favorite. So I didn't add it to my favorites at that time.

Well, reluctant praise sometimes gains worth. Thank you for the (belated) favourite.
