Just like the other devy I submitty...
Raphael's and Amy's class, class 1-A, is in charge of hosting the first school dance. Each dance the class will rotate positions of hosting and preparing. So Raphael, Amy, and the rest of the students of the 1-A class have to host this first dance. Todd is just there as a helper...he volunteered for the job because class 1-A is relatively smaller than the other classes, so volunteers were needed.
