Fantastic photo. I love the tight framing, the high contrast B&W with the lovely movement of the smoke, and the lighting is just right. Did you capture her reflection in each of the balls or were those edited in? Either way, they are a nice touch to the photo. Well done. . . hope your leg heals quickly.
