time for another hug.

i wanted to do another OTH (over the hedge) pic of their hug since its such a nice scene...and i wanted to show more emotion than the last one and a HECK of a lot more detail!
FRIDGE this one took me a few sessions... up til 2am near the end and i just had to leave my lucidity in tact.

Overall, quite pleased. Made some changes to the positioning of things on purpose which was great practice...and hopefully more effective.

It's like the prodigal son! but...the big one is the son...hm.

I haven't yet seen 'Over the Hedge' but this image makes me want to. :) Clever, detailed rendering captures the feel of the original CG animation without going for hyperrealism, and in making that choice the artist manages to bring even more emotion to an already touching scene. (Suggested by =Taser-Rander and Featured by `animator)
