Well, a few people have asked me how I CG rain, especially after building crawler, and it took me this long to get around to putting a tutorial together. ^^; I know, I know, I suck. Especially since it's SO FREAKIN' EASY.

Uh, yeah. I know that in the other two tutorials I've done, I used a picture that actually had something to do with the tutorial, but I really didn't feel like using either of the two rainy pictures I had. So I just slapped some rain onto By the Fountain and called it good. XD;

Okay, I've never used PSP in my life before, so I have no clue about any of that stuff, but I do admire you for taking the time to put this whole thing together.

The end result looks very nice, and this tutorial is very easy to follow.

Not many people use PSP, it seems, which is sad because it's a decent little program. But the principals should work in any program that has a clone brush and a motion blur feature, I'd imagine. :)

I'm glad that it's easy to follow, too. That's always my fear when I do tutorials, that it'll come out convoluted and confusing. ^^;

this was very nice of you to do a tutorial for people to help them with their drawings. I love using layers. I don't know what I would do without them :)

Haha, I'd probably just die if I couldn't use layers. They're so insanely useful and helpful and they make things (like rain) so much easier to deal with. :heart:

I tend to do tutorials about a year or so after everyone has asked me how I do a certain thing. I think this is the last thing anyone asked me about, though, so no tutorials for a while.
