I created this a long time ago! when my dad first gave me the photo impact program that i could create flashing effects. and so when i did create it i submitted it to this site Home in the heart" where it got its first place for a animation gif. I had it saved on my computer, but of course the computer I had for the first time crashed and died and I lost it, lucky its on that site still so I haven't lost it. it took I think a long time to do it because I had to do the face motions on pikachu then I had to go in and each frame different. maybe I should do that again but I don't have the photo impact on my computer, I think when my dad made me the new computer he didn't put the program on there but all the others are on there. any ways, this artwork is probably made from 2002 I think. So yes its old. and I didn't really know what area to put this in. But if I put it in the wrong area will someone please tell me.
