Riverbend Towers

Grand Rapids, MI has a very nice downtown and a blossoming skyline to go along with it. But there is a tiny problem with it. It's an endless sea of asphalt a.k.a city owned surface parking lot right on the banks of the Grand River at Fulton St. and Market Ave. This property is begging for something really cool to be built upon it. So to replace that eyesore of a parking lot, I've came up with this mix used developemt I call Riverbend Towers. With three towers, the tallest of which at over 500' to the roof and 750' to the tip of its spire, Riverbend would be a landmark that brings together retail, hotel, commerial and residentual options to a prime area of downtown and give the city an instantly regonizable signature landmark.
