A little tribute to Syd Barrett, a recommandation of Alex and a pretext to participate to new contest XD

Of course, Syd Barrett is someone i really like and admire and i really wanted to draw, with all his madness *and god knows i like madness!* So i've found this picture of him..really weird...
The colored background is a so-like replica of the inner sleeve of The Piper at the Gates of the Dawn...

Made with charcoal and soft pastel...

*by liooking at this picture, i figured out where Tim Burton found his inspiration for Edward Scissorhands...*
