ALSO: If you want to discuss/debate/argue with any of my points, THEN READ MY DAMNED RANT FIRST SO YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DEALING WITH. Fuck. I hate it when people don't read shit they want to argue against! So anyway...

I have no idea why, but I started to look up deviations that had to do with animal cruelty and anti-fur. I am very much against animal cruelty, ESPECIALLY fur. God. I just cannot STAND IT.

I mean, seriously. Animals were made, evolutionized, whatever, with fur. And humans? UM DUR. We were NOT, as a final product of homo sapien, made, evolutionized, whatever, with fur. WE ARE FURLESS. So um...that's how we should STAY.

Now you Bible-toting-people might argue that "BUT GOD GAVE US TEH AMINALS FOR US TO USE!!11". Yeah. He did. But he also said to FLIPPIN' TAKE CARE OF THEM. And um, we aren't really doing that now are we? Is stuffing them into little cages without shelter from the elements, lack of nutrition and veterianary care considered care by most people? Um. No. It's not. Because it's not. Period.

Back in the days of old, when we didn't HAVE the technology we do now, including cages and metal traps with which to catch prey, yeah, we wore fur. Indians wore fur. Everyone did. But people back then CAUGHT their own animals and then KILLED them. They didn't throw them in a cage to rot, then kill them. No. The animals got to live their lives in the freedom of the wild. Then they were caught and killed on the spot (hopefully). And the cool thing about the Indians was they used the entire animal. And if not the entire thing, as much as they could. Which is fucking AWESOME.

And do other animals pen up their prey? Do wolves go out, herd up deer and shove them into cages with no shelter or food, just to use them after they have been crippled and denied anything for food, experimentation, fur, anything? NO. Animals don't do that. So what fucking right do we have?

"BUT ANIMALS EAT OTHER ANIMALS AND STUFF." Yeah. They do. But like I said before: they don't fucking pen them up like humans do. And animals do NOT use other animals for: entertainment, fur, experimentation, etc. Only PEOPLE do.

And as for fur...GOD I HATE IT. I cannot tolerate it. You can be the nicest person in the world, but if you wear fur I will still have some lack of passion for you. I just cannot take it. It's not right.

FOR CHRIST'S SAKE. Most of us that go on dA live in a FIRST WORLD COUNTRY. We do NOT need fur in a first world country, ESPECIALLY in the United States. We have OTHER materials with which to make clothing, that is more convinient and less expensive then throwing a bunch of raccoons and foxes into little cages to fester away. And obviously, if we can have such things as plumping, computers, electricity, etc, we can afford to NOT HAVE FUR.

And that goes for other first world countries like friggin' England. They have other materials with which to make clothing as well. They don't NEED fur. We do NOT NEED FUR.

The only places I feel that fur should be used in are places like Russia. Places that are SO friggin' cold and that aren't first world. They (normally) have no other means. And the winters in places like that can get so brutal. It's ridiculous. But they can STILL keep their animals in nice conditions. Let them free range and be live a somewhat decent life before killing them.

"BUT FUR IS FASHIONABLE!!" Yes. I LOVE the thought of wearing dead animals on me. Something that was once pumping blood, something that once had working pores that sweated and helped to trap in heat for a living, breathing, heart-pumping thing. Yeah. I love those sexy eye sockets where those moving orbs used to be to help an animal see. I also like seeing those dangling paws that the animals used to walk on. And those big fluffy tails! Just think, maybe that fox was keeping her BABIES warm! Yeah, that's SO FASHIONABLE. (If you couldn't tell, that was ALL sarcasm.)
