Haha... well...

There is a load to say.... she doesn't seem to modified that much as your last artwork.
My personal opinion first... too red cheeks, it's bad that the many details in the background are lost... she is like a vampire (even tho, twilight and vampires are only connected in my mind by the movie 'twilight' - and that one was worse... however, off-topic now...)

Vision
Mh, she is looking like a modern Harem-female in bloodlust... or she is masochist.
Now the message is clear... with the voodoo-equipment in the background and the blood-like sky... She also seems to be horny, at least a bit.

Originality
Well, vampires are linked with the modern-age, somehow. So it's quite a well talked topic - but the way you display her, is rare (middle in a big city within a really modern house/flat, no barrack). Well.

Impact
Dark. Dark. The whole picture is leading you into darkness... with her glowing impression of murderous loss. The really weird and twilight feeling comes from the sky and the red-illuminated skyscraper in the background. The Impact is perfectly fitting the whole image and smile on you devilish.

Technique...
... yeah.... uhm... let's start^^ - maybe my monitor is doing some weird action but I have to go very close to it to see the details on her body-cloth... it's too light consuming, even tho her face is bright as hell... it's like a phantom-line where the light disappear. And somehow her 'pants' are reflecting again.
And, I would erase the 'fat-pillows' on her legs... yeah it's realistic and it's in the source image but they are such eye-catchers since they are the only bright area in the lower half of the picture... too dark down there...
That leads me to the background, I do not see ANYTHING than darkness in the lowest quarter, no matter how I move, tilt angle my head... - the whole the whole flat, except the curtains, is too dark. (By the way, you have done a amazing job by the curtains, they frame the image, have an interesting color and supports the twilight-topic top-most... the window is really awesome too... but...) I miss the glass in the windows. Do you watched anytime outside through a window at knight... something is reflecting in there, specially when a light-source is within the room - and there is one, we see it on her face. ... talking about light-source... the candles are none?... not even they are reflecting on the window?... they are so close to it...
Well, the city is awesome... if it is drawn (maybe it is?) I would be envy you... horrible awesome... and amazing... mhh... the sky is dark again, but... what's that, why is the sky brighter and lighter within the curtain-things or whatever it is...? I do not get it... why something (which is not 100% transparent) within the room does make something outside brighter?... know what I mean... maybe you've got a reason... I not...

Others:
The Impact is amazing. The smoothness on her skin is only on her skin - the candles and skull are well detailed again - but I do not mind, it's kind of taste. She seems to be illuminated from (her) right side, so the lightening is well done with the light-dots on the curtain back there... it's true if the source is close to he - and that would mean, that there must be any reflection on the glass or at least on the frames... if it's further away the other curtain would be lightened more...
I would do it that way, because you get an nicer effect of the frame if the left side is similar to the right one ( I do not talk about to set them equal bright, but give the other curtain a bit color too)
You could play with those candles a lot to increase the impact endless... some reflections on the curtains (maybe even some burnt pieces of cloth...) light-sparkles around it, a glowing area (at least a bit - should stay in the background) and some light on the frames of the window would do the miracle.
Her body is quite good to see, but know what... make few steps behind and watch shot on this image... the line between background and protagonist is impossible to see.. add some reflections or color along the line (between bg and her body)... it won't look unreal and increase the impact... - so there are issues <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)"/>

So, all in all - well impact - but you lost a lot potential... kinda sad.
