well here it is. 11 presets, and installer, and in my opinion a respectable follow up to CAPITAL. a few of these presets will appear in the soon to be released tv 13 pack.
unless you really are in the mood for a long critique, i really would be happy with a short comment. no need to individually analize each preset..... but feel free if you feel it to be necessary.
i already know that i use particles way too much. and i also use the dynamic shift and rotation together wayyyy too much too... but untill my technical skills get up i am having trouble getting away from them. next pack i hope to have a 3d scope and some other new junk.... more complex dynamovs...
again all presets should run above 25 fps... if you are going faster than 40 fps enlarge your window. look at all presets in a window that is close to square. they all run over 30 in a 300x300 window for me so.... enjoy.... er BEHOLD!

well let me start with a thank you for the frameyness preset 
this pack is miles better than capital, even if the pack is not a technical masterpiece and some presets use the same idea, your coloring and style saves it.
while capital was a bit like 1 excellent preset and 5-6 decent but forgettable ones, this pack is more coherent, 3-4 excellent presets, 5-6 "only" decent ones that are still a lot better than the ones in capital. oh and 3 presets I didn't like, but that's my problem.
my favs were bumm3x,manicdepressivemouse (excellent coloring!),smooth burn (again!) frameyness and oh garb.
if you make a bit bigger pack next time and cut down seizure inducing weirdness like honeydue (that green is BAD) you're in for a fav by me.
