finally got around to making a new deviation! Yay!

This is a character concept of my idea for a 3-d cel shaded fighting game. The other one named "Anya" if you remember was uploaded quite some time ago. Anyway, Im working on the whole cast of characters so I guess my gallery's finally get some action again XD. Im tired of being envious of other people's prolific output here... Isabel DeMorien is a witch, BTW, and uses her craft in combat along with a set of gigantic needles
