Also, I forgot to mention... for some reason, the toolbar button for the download manager doesn't display properly: there's just a blank space.

No, but you don't need wellrounded:

Put
@import url("chrome://global/skin/subskin/rounded.css");
in your userChrome.css before the @namespace line and restart Firefox.

Same as in SaFire (you'll find some more options there...)
