man it's bloody important for me, plizz tell me what's the name of the program which enables you people to have those nice icons on the left side of the folder instead of standard my computer, my documents, search etc.

Start Menu Normal Fonts only display the first two characters. Any chance to make more colors to match susumu's Micky Mouse wallpapers?
