I think I told you that when you asked me the first time ;)

I guess the birds are used to people on the walkway (not sure how happy they would be if you stepped off it though). Some of them are more tolerant than others though, the most of the terns were very agressive, but some of them just weren't bothered and would go about their business as if you weren't even there.

You really have to visit the Farnes!!!

Kittiwakes remind me of miniature seagulls with their lovely grey and white plumage. This is a really nice clear photo

I know, have a photo of a juvenile but it's not uploaded here since the quality isn't that great but they have a sort of blac "V" running down their wings, very nice patterning!
