Sasuke revisited

What? All photoshop. Enlarged and traced over the original Oekaki, with around 10 layers for the lineart. Then back again for the colouring (Around 20 layers)
Durh? Prints of this will be available at Animania and Supanova 2005 X3

Like with Itachi [link] , I decided to go and revisit an old Oekaki of Sasuke [link] . Because I liked it but it was to smaaaaall to print out 'snif' >_>. And his nose bugged me.


I'm pretty sure there's something wrong with it, but I finished it so I don't care (It's a bit funked up around where his shirt meets his pants... I probably need to slope his shirt on the bottom where his shoulder is drawn down. And his arm is maybe a little iffy, but perhaps that's just me). I gotta stop procrastinating on artage and get some uni work done, so apart from my possible Samurai Champloo fanart, this will be the last big thing I work on for the two cons later in the year.

Not to say it's an unfitting image to end on. I do like how it came out . And zomg1!!!1! Sasuke actually looks his younger-age. Sorta. His headband and eyes came out a lot better this time around, and his hair looks more... normal. Not that Sasuke's hair is ever particularly normal, but you know what I mean.

I cut out the blue from the original image because a) I wanted a more dual-tone colour scheme, and b) Uhhh, too busy to do proper shirt detailing. So it's all black and red~ I might add a BG later, but it works without one too. You can also see a detail shot here; [link]

Now I gotta go to sleep so I can wake up and use Uni com-pu-ters to draw 3D things in Vectorworks. I made a teacup last tutorial XD!

Although I wish Kishimoto would get up to older Sasuke soon . Haw haw, I so want to see what he looks like~ XD
