A Whole New World Under Da Sea

My first try with soft cell shading.
Gah.
This is so different from how I usually work. Layers upon layers upon...you get the drill. And in the end, I got tired and slapped a new layer on top of it all and just drew away, ruining the whole effect

But drawing underwater-stuff is fun.
Oh: and any tips and helpful advices or even cruel criticism is MUCH APPRECIATED!

Edit: Adjusted the colors and saturation to get a more "underwater-y" feel. Thanks for the feedback!
