Center of Time

Oh no, I did another.

I had a better idea that came out of the line "He stands at the center of time and can see the turn of the universe." It was Ten standing on a clock and stars behind him.

But, I can't draw. Even if I could draw, I don't have a tablet or a scanner to get the image on the computer.
