A Rare Solace

Post-DH. Draco with Thestrals, which he can definitely see by the end of Book 7. I think once he got over the weirdness of 'Whoa, death-horses!' he'd probably sit in the Forest with them whenever he needs to be away from people.

I had too much fun with the sun-dappling. ^^ I was going to look up the movie pictures of thestrals, but while I was doodling them I ended up liking the design. I usually can't draw horses for sh**, but with thestrals you can apparently bend the rules.
