It had been a long, cold day. Winter was now upon the inhabitants of Vancouver, Canada. Even though it never snowed there, the chill still made it hard to handle.
A woman by the name of Deb was getting ready for a nice bath when she turned on the water and suddenly it turned brown. "Brown?" She asked herself. She decided to call up the local plumber.
