Over stress: worry to much
Some common stress inducing situations are when you are in pain, you see a bright light or any situation in which you cant control what's happening
Some ways in which you can deal with stress is to play video games, do yoga, cry, relax (R&R) or meditate.
Some long term side effects of prolonged stress are health problems, sleep problems and even, physical pain.
Some of the many stresses in my life are my moms health problem, the fact that I'm Autistic, school, friends and, of course, boys.
I'm not very good at handling stress but when i do I play video games, sleep or ignore it by thinking of something happier
