Cervical cancer, what to do?I was surprised by the response I had when I asked my friends if they were going to have the injections to prevent cervical cancer. Some of them weren't going to have it and their reasons seemed stupid to me. People aren't taking the opportunity of preventing cervical cancer because they are scared of needles? Fair enough that your scared of needles, I am one of the worst people to pin down when it comes to having some jab, injection anything with a needle in me, but really? You wouldn't want to face that fear just so you have less of a chance of getting cervical cancer? This seems daft. When my friends said that they didn't want the injection because of their fear I couldn't help but argue with them.
I found it absurd that they found the injections more terrifying than the idea of cancer.
I mean, surely that would be the more logical thing to be scared about?
I had all three injections
