Dragon Age Inquisition: Theories and Predictions Hello everyone. Now normally I would save this kind of thing for my journal, but I've got so much to say that I can't just put it into a journal alone. So here's a deviation for it. Also beware. I am SOOOOOO excited for the next installment in the Dragon Age franchise, Inquisition which is coming out on November 18th (so I heard, could be wrong). My hopes for this game are set really high for it. Mainly because it's a been a pretty long time since Dragon Age 2 was released (4 years I believe) plus the trailers really show much change in the game series. I only saw a little but of a gameplay a while back and I can say that the combat has really changed. First from being basic, practical fighting and shooting from Origins and Awakening. Then to smashing, blasting, and being a complete beast in 2. And now ripping your opponents apart with sequenced attacks.
What really got me excited was that they brought back the race selection wh

The Science of Horror GamesWhat scares you? Can games really give you the creepy crawlies. Duh.The Science of Horror Games13 hours ago in Articles & Interviews More Like This
Picture yourself alone at night, closing your eyes, nodding off in front your computer. Then you hear the sound of rustling, but before you open your eyes, you hear slight whispers. This is where I think the fear factor creeps in, the great unknown.
So to try and understand what survival horror is let’s look at responses from Dr. Russell Green, a consultant psychiatrist who also happens to be a video games fan.
RG: I think there’s the sort of fundamentals that trigger fear in humans. So there’s an expectation factor, and that probably is generated as much by society… one of my guesses is, especially with horror films, is you get a run of similar kind of things and the element of surprise might start to go down because you suddenly realize that this film is going to be similar to the last three you saw. So the impact is less.
RG: If you watch someone else experiencing an emotion, part

So, Chrysler is beginning to turn around...the Fiat portion is, anyway. They managed to get back into the stock market, selling about $9.00 or so per stock. It's not bad, but considering they weren't even in the running for seven years, they've got a long way to go. I don't care about them. They make stupid cars, and the only car they do make that's good, Jeep, is not even that big. Honestly, they should just go bankrupt. GM and Ford are good enough for us.

The reasons why there will never be a ‘perfect’ body.
A study by Michaela Beddis.
Throughout the world, through all of time, there have always been different views and opinions on what an attractive body is. In times of famine and malnourishment it was seen as attractive to be overweight- as it meant you weren’t sick. But then, later through history, to be beautiful was to wear corsets because it meant you had ‘high morals’. In these days there wasn’t much too influenced body image, but things have changed since then. Thanks to technology the world has become ‘smaller’ and we are able to talk to people from almost anywhere on Earth from our living rooms. This means we see more cultures and hear more opinions on ‘the perfect body’, even if we don’t realise it.
There are 2 main factors that determine whether a body is ‘desirable’ or not. The first being, is it ‘fit for pu

The Republicans tried to warn us... but we didn't listen.
My name is John. In the Old World, I was a work-at-home socially disconnected millionaire Liberal with Socialist tendencies. I thought they were just fools, leading us on to oppress minorities and stop the lively globalist paradise led by Google and it's partners. The truth is blinding. President Obama's policies have failed the American people.
It all started in 2014, when the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria first started their conquests in the Mid. East – just a little ethnic squabble, as the smart people all said. Everyone around me rallied in patriotism, arming their sons and daughters with all sorts of weapons to sort themselves into the long lines which clustered in front of the local Recruitment Office. We were seeing a new supreme dedication to the American cause upon us like just after Pearl Harbor, Liberty quick as ever to stand and save our allies. But President Obama refused to send any of our p

Anyway, I'm gonna focus on a topic that's been bugging me for a while now... Look, I'm all for freedom of speech. I love to talk, debate, even argue my thoughts and opinions on things. I like running into conflict when my beliefs and such don't match up with someone else. I see it as a challenge of sorts. But all of that aside, I try very hard to not tell people how to live their lives. It's their life after all, not mine. If they decide to do something ignorant or juvenile, that's their own fault.
I figured this philosophy was shared by others, but that doesn't seem to be the case. I find a lot of Christians who try to butt into others lives, get involved in things that have nothing to do with them. Time and time again, I see Christians yelling at other people that t
