“Waaaahhhhhh! Waah!” Willow cried loudly making Fred open one eye.
He yawned, sat up being careful not to wake Wasabi, and got out of bed heading over to her cradle. “What's wrong baby girl? You hungry again? Need a fresh diaper? It's okay... Daddy's here, I got you now.” He said lifting her out of her cradle and holding her close to his bare chest. He then sat down in the rocking chair with her, positioned her to his chest and smiled as she began eating. “That's what all the fuss was about eh? Just needed some food huh?” He whispered as he kissed her forehead. “Daddy loves you baby girl.” He assured her as she ate.
Unknown to him Wasabi sat up a bit and watched Fred feed their daughter. He knew how tough the pregnancy had been on him but watching him feed her now and whisper all those sweet things to her, Wasabi knew that Fred wouldn't trade a second of being with her for anything.

Layla stayed with the nuns for a short period of her childhood before being moved to an orphanage where they hoped for her to have the family she never had. Layla was a quiet girl, she kept to herself and avoided conflict. She was a very kind and well mannered girl, but whenever taken home by a family she'd return only months later.
