Angry Birds: The Great Santa Experience - Part 3In the cabin’s kitchen, Bomb and Matilda were doing two jobs at the same time; which are making their evening meal (that is chestnut and mushroom loaf with vegetables and mashed potatoes and spiced-apple cake for dessert) and keeping an eye of their unhatched son just in case he hatches from his egg. Although happy and excited for both tonight’s act and her and Bomb’s son to hatch, Matilda was slowly getting concerned about the egg while several questions were all floating around inside her head; from “What if there’s something wrong with my baby?” or “What if he doesn’t hatch at all?”. She did ask some of her questions full of worry and fear to Bomb about a dozen time and he always comforts her and tells her not to worry and everything will be just fine, although Matilda wasn’t sure if he was right or not.Angry Birds: The Great Santa Experience - Part 31 day ago in Introductions & Chapters

Mia and Eliza: The Scarlet Headshave “Seriously dad, why do I have to go with you to get your haircut?” Cassidy groaned as she opened the car door.Mia and Eliza: The Scarlet Headshave12 hours ago in Flash Fiction & Vignettes
“Because your mother is with your brother at the doctors and we can’t trust you at home by yourself anymore,” her middle-aged father barked sternly as he slammed the car door shut.
Fate could not have predicted the happenstance path I was about to embark on simply for being at the right place at the right time during my normal routine of walking down the street for my Saturday morning coffee at Starbucks. I paused my stride as my path was briefly blocked by Cassidy and her father as they walked into Mack’s Barbershop; I had walked past it every Saturday and paid it no mind until that moment.
Thanks in Weight (BHM/BBW)Carolyn was prepared for the feast of the year. A day of thanks some call it ,but some call it a market. A day to gain weight ,and not worry. Carolyn saw what her mother was making and felt the excitement in her gut. Carolyn felt like getting her appetite ready ,so she went for a run. Jogging around the block Carolyn admired herself with her long dark hair, tan skin, slim waist, and a great personality. Her brother, Derrick, on the other hand seemed the opposite. Frederick was uptight with brown-reddish hair, a bulky build, and a plain look on life. Her brother was a football player for the school while she ran track. A sibling rivalry between them competing for more love from their parents. Carolyn knew she was the favourite because of her always being kind. Carolyn put her mind back to the road ahead for now. Thanks in Weight (BHM/BBW)21 hours ago in Short Stories
On her way back Carolyn saw Derrick bruised and walking back from a friend's neighborhood football game. Carolyn stopped running to talk to Derrick. "Did you win bro?" Carolyn a

She had just put the cupcakes in the oven when the door bell rang.
Gigi opened it and their was one of her surrogate brothers Austin Seville. He had a forlorn look on his face.
"Hey bro, what's wrong?" Gigi asked as she let him in.
"I hate people" Austin said.

Austin then sat on one of the stools by the counter as Gigi got all the stuff to make the hot chocolate.
"Ok what happened?" Gigi asked as she heated up the water.
"Well I was at the store today and one of the football players came up to me and told me I was a worthless f..." Austin started. He couldn't even say that horri

So life has once again been trying to kill me, plus I've been experiencing some writer funk ever since my iPad stuff got wiped. I have been working on the PMDU tasks due today (yikes!), but unfortunately I am very unsatisfied with my resulting chapters and I want to start from scratch on them. However I really want the rewards for this set of tasks, so here's my summary placeholder till I get myself out of this funk. Sorry it isn't something more substantial.

.:The Breakout:.To be entirely honest Alex was never really truly up with the thought of what Jael told him. About what he was, or at least what according to the medical experts in the institute he thought he was. The plum haired man didn’t talk about it much in the end, but he mentioned it being the reason he was in isolation – because he so hardly believed in him being an angel that had gotten thrown out of heaven, having his wings ripped off and everything, that people seriously thought he was insane. To be honest Alex really saw where they were coming from with all of this. Even hearing it coming so sincerely directly from the man himself was kind of making him question it all, really. There weren’t such things as angels after all, Jael didn’t really seem nothing short of insane with everything he dropped out of his mouth with this stuff.:The Breakout:.58 minutes ago in Flash Fiction & Vignettes

“So, what are we doing again?” Colton asked Jemma. The two were navigating a busy market street on the way to their task.
“We’re going to turn a giant cactus into a house.” Jemma said simply, weaving her way through the crowd of various pokemon. Her relatively small size was both a blessing and a curse in the crowd. On one hand, she could squeeze between pedestrians fairly easily. On the other, she had to make sure none of the larger pokemon would step on her or trip over her, as tempers ran high with some of the locals.
“Why?” Colton asked, shoving past a very slow Ryhorn.
“Remember the briefing? Luke said that we should put our best foot forward and help the community to spread the word about the Explorers Guild, and that there was a group of pokemon turning a giant cactus into a house. Our other options were to answer questions about the guild at a booth in front of the

A Windswept but Frozen Reception
Jaymi and Kenmon were exploring a new Zone. They weren’t ordered, they just wanted to, mostly because of curiosity and mostly because Kenmon wouldn’t stop begging Jaymi with his puppy pouting. It was a mildly frigid Zone, lots of snow, ice, and blizzards from time to time during the long hours they were there, but it was rather bland.
“Things sure are boring around here,” Kenmon noted while adjusting his scarf. “This ain’t exactly what I was expecting when it came to finding a new Zone to explore.”
Jaymi pulled back the sleeve of her winter jacket and looked at her watch. “It’s been about seven hours Kenmon. You want to head back?”
Kenmon sighed and scratched the back of his head, resisting the urg to kick his leg in the process. “I guess so.” But as soon as

Assassin walked right in the front door. He felt around for the strongest source of mana. Second floor... One of two rooms. Assassin couldn't tell which from where he was. It was impossible for Assassin to tell where Troy's mana ended and Amala's began. Perhaps because the two were almost never seen separately, Assassin figured. He'd have to roll the dice.
Assassin made his way up the stairs. No point in using Presence Concealment; Any mana traces he left would be nearly unidentifiable and he'd be long gone. As he came to the second floor, he felt mana coming from two rooms, right across from each-other. And it was no easier to tell whose mana was whose.
A room to his left... A room to his right...
Assassin chose the left door.
He began looking around for anything that might be valuable to Troy...
Lesson 47: Zihna Owen [FL]-One moment Zihna and Owen had been pursuing an enemy through a thick forest in early morning hours, the next there had been a bright light and they then found themselves standing on the side of a road leading into a huge city. But it definitely wasn't a modern city, they could see horse-drawn carriages coming to and from. Ladies with tall white hair and huge floofy dresses that exaggerated the rear were getting in and out of carriages, helped by well dressed men in old-style suits. A very tall structure was being built just on the horizon, its shape looking incredibly similar to the Eiffel Tower-Lesson 47: Zihna Owen [FL]21 hours ago in Short Stories

Passage IV: Whispers to Deafen the MindAs the days slipped effortlessly by, the toll of the endless nightmares began to spread into the conscious minds of The Witnesses. They strained to maintain their façade of well-being and happiness as thoughts not their own wormed their way through their minds, gradually blocking out the the world around them until all they could see, hear or think was their suffering. Tears flowed from their eyes as they begged for mercy from whatever had left them to this fate. In the torment, they began to comprehend these voices and their detestable truth, allowing what grip they had on their reality to release.Passage IV: Whispers to Deafen the Mind1 day ago in Flash Fiction & Vignettes

“Have a better plan?” I murmured back, making sure to hold my lips as steady as they could be.
Paris was silent for several minutes as we walked, his glance sneaking back to look at Jin every few seconds. He was very protective of her for only having known her a few days, I was mildly surprised. He’d never taken to anyone else like that, even me.
I looked forward, taking his silence as a surrender and continued thinking about how we would get out of this. So far it wasn’t looking good. They outnumbered us. Had all of our supplies. Surrounded us. And had all our weapons, a fact I was definitely not pleased with. I was really going to hurt someone if any of my knives got damaged…
“Alright, so how do we do this?” Paris finally probed while we careful

Pigs It was early morning and the sun was just beginning to peak over the distant tree line, casting watery winter light over the small ranch. The air was chilly and frost gathered on every inanimate surface, speckling the vegetation, fences, and buildings with white. A light snow had begun to fall before dawn and had now amounted to four inches of fluffy snow pack on the ground; the snow was still falling steadily and would continue building up over the course of the day. The four saddled Tokotas stood next to the house’s front porch railing, all of them saddled and wearing their halters, but not tethered to the rail. They were all standing close together and talking quietly while Akna and Korra milled about freely behind them in the driveway. Their breath billowed out in clouds, condensing with every exhale and word they spoke. The four tethered Tokotas seemed to be getting along well with an air of excitement about their conversation.Pigs15 hours ago in Short Stories
