An Unusual Welcome
The bus screeched away, leaving Tanya Lyons on the dirt path.
She coughed as the bus left behind a dust cloud as it roared away. When the dust cleared, Tanya looked around, throwing her rucksack over her shoulder. The tall trees loomed over her, and the path she was on curved its way through the forest before her like a snake. To her right, on the side of the road next to the path, was a wooden sign with an arrow on it pointing down the path. Tanya read the sign to see, in big wooden letters:
Welcome to Camp Nonamé! (GIRLS SIDE)
There were two sides to this camp, Tanya knew from the reading she had done on this place. The camp was built around a small lake, and on one side was the boy's camp. The other was the girl's, which was where she was heading now. With a sigh, the blonde girl started walking down the path and into the woods.
Smiles and Wicked Grins"Sometimes I love humanity." The girl said with a small smile.Smiles and Wicked Grins12 hours ago in Flash Fiction & Vignettes
She shifted so she was leaning forward, her arms crossed behind her back. Her smile stretched and became a wicked grin, reaching too far across her face to be normal. "Other times... Not so much."
Aubrey the captiveAfter her captor had had her fill playing with her long hair, she uncoupled Aubrey’s handcuffs from the salon chair and fastened her hands to one another behind her back. She then swept Aubrey’s long hair over her shoulder and fastened a collar around her neck.Aubrey the captive18 hours ago in Introductions & Chapters
“Sorry about this,” the girl said. She sounded sincere. “Mom’s strict orders.” The collar was attached to a long chain, the far end of which she locked into a thick metal ring protruding from a wall. Beneath it was a simple cot. “You’re lucky I got you that cot. Her orders were that all furry beasts be chained and made to sleep on the ground until they can be made human again.”
Aubrey fought back tears as she realized her situation. This was an absolute nightmare. “Why is this happening to me? What did I ever do to any of you?”
The other girl’s eyes betrayed her sympathy as she ran a hand down
Writing Tips: Plots and ProtagonistsIn simple terms, a plot tells about a character (or group of them) solving a problem. Most great stories have an interesting plot. Every plot starts with a problem and ends with a solution. If there’s no type of problem, then the story is dull. Even erotica (which I presume is the genre that my targeted audience is trying to write) has some sort of problem as the basis of the plot.Writing Tips: Plots and Protagonists10 hours ago in Short Stories
*Note: I’m taking about erotica that isn’t complete shit.
Here are some common plots in erotic fiction:
1. The protagonist has a sexual urge that needs to be satisfied.
2. Two lovers want to be together (and be in a public relationship), but can’t for some reason.
3. A final night between lovers before a climactic event. (Excuse the pun)
4. Two people are having an affair at the risk of being caught.
5. Two people have a devious sex life and keep things under wraps in order to avoid scrutiny.
Now the plot in the first example is best suited for a very brief story due to its simplicity
Mia and Eliza: Curiosity Cut the Hair “And just where do you think you’re going?” The barberette asked with what I could only imagine was her signature devilish smile. There were only a few people left inside the barbershop to include myself, the other barber and barberette and their last clients. In the front, I was alone with only me and Cassidy’s barberette who had just sheared her down to absolutely nothing with such force and poise that my body couldn’t resist.Mia and Eliza: Curiosity Cut the Hair20 hours ago in Flash Fiction & Vignettes
“Oh I uh…,” was all I could manage to say as I slowly turned towards her. When my eyes locked with hers, I felt entranced, hypnotized. They sparkled like sapphires on her pristine, perfect face with such lush, kissable lips.

"All right Wendy, you can do this! You can do this!" Wendy Marvell kept repeating to herself. "You can do this! It's just one simple mission!"
A few weeks ago, Wendy would have been just your average Cait Shelter member. But that was only a few weeks ago, and thanks to a certain group of six and a large moving city, Wendy was now a proud member of the Fairy Tail guild. Not that she didn't miss her last guild, but Wendy actually enjoyed being with her new guild mates, they were very nice to her and treated her like family.
"One simple mission Wendy! You can do this!" the twelve year old said to herself.
For the past months, even before the Nirvana incident, trains carrying money all across the country of Fiore had been robbed blind by some mysterious crook. No matter how many guards they hired, wealthy bank owners were shocked to find their money missing when the trains arrived at the train stations. My god, I can't even believe Eggman's forces sometimes...she's so naive!
Faze says she's powerful enough, so she'll be fine...well sort of.
Sylvia, that's her name...she's got fire powers and she's got wings.
Yeah. Faze is probably right.
"Okay now, try to fly and dodge the bullets!
"Oh, okay!" She said cheerfully, rising into the air and weaving through the fire, with no hesitations.
As I gazed at her gigantic potential, Faze came running in.
"Faze! What's wrong?"
"Nothing...just inform others of an emergency meeting."
"...And in short, we won't be able to last long for winter...if we don't get them to retreat first."
He was right. Winter was coming and we were running low on both supplies and ammo. Sure we had victories, but not something big enough to turn the tables.
"Maybe we should attack their main ship?" Beka said, raising her hand. "One of those guys told me that there's a fl
Mission Submission: Animal Rescue! Seanne had been wandering around the hallways of the Grande Castle for what seemed like hours now--not technically lost, as she didn't have a destination, though she wasn't entirely sure where exactly she was, either. Each new corridor brought something weird in frame; a glass-blown vase that continued bubbling off colorful orbs, painted flowers whose leaves grew off their frames, and torches mounted on the walls whose flames flickered with burning words. She was just beginning to approach a window (the view would surely let her get a better idea of her position, and she was certain the stain glass art was moving), when something blue caught her eye.Mission Submission: Animal Rescue! 20 hours ago in Short Stories
Turning so that the movement was no longer in her peripheral vision, the Sketchist saw no sign of the blue thing, though there was an intricately carved, stone pillar suspiciously close to the spot she thought she had seen it. She did the natural thing when faced with mysterious movements from hidden beings, and walked closer, watchin

Time Of Day: Morning.
Location: Outskirts of Nome.
The dark blue-grey Puppy had snuck out of Bullet Anne's Cabin early in the morning, something she would often do when she grew restless. Now, Kohana knew that she wasn't suppose to go outside on her own accord, or go against whatever her Mother said.
But just because she knew, didn't mean she would obey. Snickering to herself, the little She-Wolf trotted towards the edge of town, where she spotted a large, rather soft looking female Husky.
Kohana eagerly padded over towards the Dog with a small grin. "Hi!" She barked happily.
Anya was walking along the edge of town, enjoying a moment of peace for herself. She was enjoying her life so much, and her husband and children were a joy to be around. While walking along the edge of town, she heard the voice of a pup, and turned her head towards the sound. A young pup was standing there, with a happy grin. She lowered herself to the ground, an

The snow leopardess allowed herself a self-satisfied smirk. Everything had gone to plan, and the plan itself had been executed quickly. She was quick to visit the domicile of that particular stray and, with the curiosity of any old newcomer, asked about the one-eyed cougar who kept the other locals on their toes. And when her curiosity was satisfied, she was quick to soak the earth with the wildcat’s still warm blood.
Quick was just how Quicksilver liked things.
Ronin considered herself to be highly knowledgeable about the strays in Rome; it paid off keeping tabs on Arcadia, and it paid off handsomely. But when it came to information about a particular cougar, taking the word from word of mouth was not even toeing the line of sufficiency. She needed confirmation, corroboration from a stray whose words weren’t sullied by meaningless rumors. She was quick to find such a stray before the morning was out.

No. She needed to do it. And unless there was a better idea, she was going to convince it was for the best. Traces of the missing were found scattered through the land, alongside with foreign male scents - loners who did not knew best than not mess with Havir, whatever were their reasons to do that. But it was obviously their doing, and they would pay for it, dearly. This kind of feeling had a bitter taste in her mouth, but she could not deny it existed.
Quickening her pace, she saw the great golden wolf making his way up to the alpha's den, and hoped her voice did not fail now. Saurugol needed everything but doubt.

A Hot NightDzalarhons, VenusA Hot Night15 hours ago in Short Stories
November 30, 2215
It was a very hot night (like usual) in a city near the equator of Venus, with a temperature of 450 °C. The technology of 2215 allows a city on Venus, where the extremely high atmospheric pressure would crash a normal house of 200 years ago. The air conditioning kept the inside at a temperature around 23 °C (73 °F). The medicine improved dramatically, and diseases were kept at bay, but in Dzalarhons, a city of about 10,000, 2 girls had a condition called "Bombulitis", and this explains girls like Yulia two centuries ago.
Bombulitis is a rare condition that makes your farts extremely stinky, and the patient is able to clear a room with her farts. It's more commonly found in women, but men can have it aswell. There is a research too which can use their farts as a military weapon, but it would prove too dangerous, as in some cases, there are no gas masks able to withstand the stench of some farts.
It was night in Dzalarhons on November 30
INDIGENOUS JUSTICE (23)At least William’s new custodian could in no way have been described as taciturn as he explained in an animated fashion exactly what he was going to do with William – as long as he behaved. The young Brit was left in no doubt that deportation was considered to be an opportunity to cooperate with the justice system and that it was possible, all the while he was in the archipelago’s jurisdiction, for him to be taken to “that mysterious island that nobody talks about”. He could already see the smile growing on Caniod's face because this time, he was prepared.
Caniod spoke with his deep, gruff voice before Maximilian stepped foot in the room. "What do you want this time, Max?"
"I found him." Max spoke in a much higher voice, almost to the point of a shriek,

One couldn’t trap a shapeshifter but they could be hunted. She stumbled over an exposed root and fell, tearing her dress on a bramble. Shouting sounded behind her and as she lifted her head, she could see the orange glow of torches in the distance.

He wasn’t family of hers, she could sense that much so the only other possibility was that he was human. He was also armed, a sword at his waist and a bow and quiver over his shoulder.
She retreated back a step despite herself. This man was the one who was leading the hunt against her and judging from his grim expression, he was unwilling to let her go this time. “I would rather die than give myself to you.”

I sighed, pushing myself to stand, but my legs wobbled as I held onto the bed post, and I fell back on the fluffy mattress.
There was no way in hell would I be able to stand again. At least, that's what he believed.
"Stupid taxi driver," I mumbled, resting my head on the pillow. My eyes shifted to the ceiling, then closed in thought, recalling what had happened the night of the accident.
I couldn't recall anything.
No matter how hard I'd tried for the past few days, I couldn't remember anything during and after the accident. I was told he was in a two-week coma because of it, and I only remembered pushing someone out of the way of a rushed taxi. That was all.
"Maybe this was all a dream, and I'm still in a coma." I would say to myself. "Maybe I wouldn't have lost my ability to walk if I hadn't been such a...nuisance." I would punch the wall. "Maybe if I wasn't so lonely, someone would encourage me to walk despite me possibly dying in a
