Stickers - Part 1“Look, Melissa, stickers!”Stickers - Part 14 days ago in Short Stories
Melissa glanced quizzically at her housemate, Janet, who had just burst in the front door, brandishing a pile of glossy paper.
“…stickers?” Melissa looked up, as Janet dropped the pile on the coffee table. “What are you, twelve?” She eyed Janet quizzically as Melissa picked up a single sheet and ripped off a piece. “Wait. They’re blank…”
Janet was smiling madly, a smile Melissa had long since familiarized herself with. A mixture of bemusement and worry took over her face, as Janet walked up close to her.
“Can I help you?” Melissa said, trying to keep a straight face as Janet’s approached hers. They were barely a foot apart when Janet’s hands leapt up and stuck the piece of paper over her mouth. It stuck fast. “Mmph!” Melissa grunted in disapproval, as she recoiled backwards, the sticker stuck over her mouth. Melissa felt for it on her face and ripped it off.

Everything was perfect for our camping trip, but someone just had to come and ruin it by invoking my dear Mandy's wrath on a very lovely day. It was Mark Stevens, ace swimmer of the boys swim team and their part time coach.
Regarded as a young prodigy in swimming, this prick have been in the pool way longer than anyone who had thought they seen him in the pool relays since junior high. Mark had every reason to put his nose up in the air, as no one had ever achieved what he had in the swimming career.
Trained by a famous swimming coach who had recognized his talents even before elementary school. Mark have been in many competitions, bagging away many medals which further inflate his ego to a whole new level. Some find his ego has reach a dangerous threshold, but no one would want to cross him, fearing what he would do to them if they get into his bad side.
As Mark has the tendency to look down upon other people except himself, this got him into trouble with Mandy on the day I was being
The Rights of Many (Multiple Character TF/TGs)"Buying those rights to all these characters were an excellent idea!" Ms. Corina, who called herself Corey said to herself with a giggle. "The real question is advertising it all..." she began to ponder. "Commercial spots would be nice...but what sells..." she mumbles out loud. "You know what...I could try those popular characters to drive attention over. It'd certainly raise sells since Halloween is coming up. Jeff, Larry, Daisy, Terry, Joshua, and Tyler were an improv group. They were often out of work, and not very popular. Most shows they got had almost no show ups, so their shows were never very good. It wasn't until a casting call came out to them. It was for a permanent position and required lots of improvisational skills. It seemed very likely this was their big break, and answered as quickly as they could to avoid it being picked up before them.
The group had arrived at the Pain
To Summon a GiantThe library was empty. The mousy librarian named Mrs. Jones sat quietly behind the front desk, eyes wide as she read one of her favorite Charlotte Bronte books. To Summon a Giant3 days ago in Short Stories
She looked up at the sound of light foot steps approaching. Mrs. Jones glanced up from the text and smiled. A young girl, around 20 or so was waiting patiently.
Her hair was long and braided, her skin a light brown. Her large eyes were a fascinating hazel, gazing kindly at the older woman with respect and excitement.
"Ah hello, Kara," Mrs. Jones greeted the young girl gently. "It's nice to see you again. How was your winter break?"
Kara smiled weakly and shrugged. She wore a long navy blue dress coat, that hug snugly around her waist. She was carrying a book bag.
"I was just wondering if I could renew a book?"
Mr.s Jones nodded. "Yes of course. Just sign in on this sheet here, and I'll make sure you aren't fined,"
Kara nodded and took out a pen from her pocket. "Sounds good, thank you so much Mrs. Jones.

I had walked across the deserted city-scape, desperate to escape..them. I don't even remember when it started, days, weeks, months ago? Real life might as well have been a blur, normality an illusion broken by the sirens on the news. At first we thought it was a joke, an international prank akin to one H.G. Wells might see. But once we saw them, the characters- those monsters, we knew it was real. Cartoony, surreal, shiny, it was through these abominations that we'd learn the virus had spread. With no time at all they had turned the world into a nightmare. I held into my supersoaker squirt gun, looking across the city street. Several corpses littered the roads, no cars or electricity anywhere. The shopping district was right across this highway and I needed supplies. Just had to go across. One step at a time, diligent patience, astute observation. I was the hunter, the fighter, the survivor. And I alone would-OWWWWWWW!
My scream echoed throughout the abandoned city. I turned down and s
Kanna's DeathKanna lay alone, barely a speck upon a bed the size of an ocean liner. It was laughably too big for the tiny, elderly woman nestled there, but she couldn’t bear to part with it- though there had been many offers to move her to a place more human-accessible. After all, her husband had been gone for five years now. Never in a million years did she imagine she would outlive Adrian, healthy as a horse his entire life and seven years younger than her to boot. Life had its own cruel irony to play out.Kanna's Death3 days ago in Short Stories
Kanna turned her head to the side, casting a tired gaze towards the nightstand. Level with the bedside, Megumi had fallen asleep in a little rocking chair, a book of Kanna’s favorite poetry still half-open in her lap. A little smile twitched upon the old woman’s lips before she resigned deeper into her layers of pillows. Megumi was a grown woman herself now. Edging near fifty-two this coming fall, with four of her own children to raise.

Tails and Zooey's First DateIt was a bright and sunny day, and Tails was taking the time to enjoy a nice, relaxing stroll in the woods. He was not only though. Walking along beside him while holding hands with one another was his new girlfriend, Zooey. It was their very first date together, and they had decided to go for a nature walk.Tails and Zooey's First Date2 days ago in Short Stories
“Isn’t this nice, Zooey?” Tails asked his new girl. “Just you and me in the peace and tranquility of mother nature?”
“Sure is, Tails,” replied Zooey with a smile. “You sure know how to pick a first date, don’t you?”
Tails’ cheeks turned bright red. When he choose to have their first date be a nature walk, he didn’t know what Zooey would think of it. He didn’t mention that to her though. However, she was so dazed in the enjoyment and relaxation that she didn’t see what was on the path, and stubbed her toe on a rock pointing out of the ground.

Disclaimer: I DO NOT OWN JURRASIC WORLD (And I might be changing up what happens a tiny bit but like I said, I DON’T OWN THE MOVIE)
Prologue (6 hours ago 10:00 A.M): I had been running with my family away from the swarms of pterodactyls that had appeared outta nowhere. My mom was trying to keep me ahead of them both but I stumble multiple times from the screaming around me. Many people were getting pinned and attacked by the pterodactyls or getting carried away by them. I run with the crowd before screaming when I feel something grab my shoulders and I started to feel myself get picked up off the ground. I thrash wildly as the medium sized pterodactyl started to try to fly away with me but it gets slammed into by a larger one going for another person. The medium sized one lets go from being startled by that and I fell, blacking out when I smacked into something that shattered.
Now (4:00 P.M): I groan as I started to come to.

Fiendish FoodClaire was excited for what Andria had in store for her as she laid on her friend's couch. She had invited Claire round to her place for a bit of fun and relaxation, with a little something for her to eat. Claire had always had a thing for eating; whether it was hot or cold, spicy or plain, or sweet and sour, she would devour anything in front of her, no matter what, and was somehow able maintain her fairly slim figure. Anything sweet was a notable favourite for her, and Andria knew it. What could it be? It has to be something that indulged her sweet-tooth - was it sugary or even cake?Fiendish Food1 week ago in Short Stories

First SessionThe worst thing for Harry was the waiting. He was alone in the dowdy little waiting room save for the wall-mounted TV turned to a talk show and the stink of artificial rose scent that hung in the air. The digital clock on the wall seemed to run on Pluto time, with each minute ticking up after what felt like ages. One one wall of the waiting room was a portrait of a king cobra rendered with the kind of flourish that one would expect from a painting of a queen. There was a fat little brown spider crawling around on the leaves of the artificial lily plant in the corner of the room, Harry didn't normally like spiders, at all, but at that moment it was the most interesting thing in the room. After twenty arduous minutes, the door swung open and a mousey little secretary-looking woman stepped out.First Session3 days ago in Short Stories

Getting In Costume: Cerulean HalloweenHalloween, a holiday that many enjoy for one reason or another. For some, it was a time to get free candy and treats. And it was because of this that Ash Ketchum, Pokemon trainer and master in the making, was currently in the Cerulean City Gym along with the gym’s very own (newly christened) leader, Misty.
But unlike many gym visits before in Ash’s career, this was not for a badge (one that he had in fact already obtained), but for on

There are moments that will always change our lives. Moments where it is as if reality itself shifts and changes. Moments where everything we knew turned out to be, if not wrong, then drastically different than what we thought we knew.
Maybe... Just maybe, these moments are when we become unglued from an old reality, and are changed in a way so that we fit into a different reality all together.
Or maybe it's something else all together.
Maybe, just maybe, we don't change, or even realize the changes to us and the world around us, until the very end.
For me, that moment started when I found two things. It was a moment that lasted forever. It was a moment that lasted minutes. It was a moment that was just an instant. And above all else, it was a moment that altered me beyond anything I'd ever thought was possible.
It was a moment when I found two things on the ground. One lying right against the other. The first thing was what looked like a
