Chapter: 25 The Better Man
The kingdom of Arendelle was preparing for the first siege in its history, and everyone was on edge. Muskets were distributed, swords were sharpened, and barricades were constructed. Elsa had ordered all of the women and children to seek shelter in the caves hidden behind the kingdom's waterfall. I had remembered journeying under the falls with Anna during the coronation ball. The caves expanded far into the mountain, offering plenty of refuge for the citizens of Arendelle. Anna and Kristoff had spent the majority of the day ushering them to the caves while the rest of us set up defenses around the kingdom.
Elsa and I peered over the castle walls and observed the sea. "By now, the Duke of Weselton has made it through the desert pass. He'll come in over those hills just as we did," I pointed across t
The wing of opportunityAt the ninth circle of Dante's hell, Clok knew what was his goal: alongside with the prime god of music, defeat Bael. The wing of opportunity1 hour ago in Introductions & Chapters More Like This
He was flying and sought a lonely man like demon, with an extremely huge nose. He was sitting at a hell large *pun detected* throne, with 3 headrests.
Clok: Bael destroyed Satan itself...i need to be hell careful!
Bael heard. He pointed his cane to the roof filled with pointy rocks and shot an energy ball at that direction. Clok evaded the energy, but pointy rocks were falling on his head. He closed his wings and went fast down. He almost hitted the ground. When he was near, he got carried by invisible hands, standing in front of Bael.
Bael: Listen youngster, i'm gonna teach you some things. Commom Goetic demons usually have squads of 66 soldiers each. I'm different. See my crown?? I have 66 squads of demons, son. And each one of them has 6000 invisible soldiers...
Clok didnt sought that coming. He tried to pick his scythes quickly but invisible hands holded his arms an

Such a crazy thing, the idea of reality and fiction. People define "reality" in a few ways, but generally it stays the same: Reality is a general term to describe things that simply exist. Just as long as they are existing, they are real. But what about the things we deem as "fiction"? People would normally define it as "fake", "non-existant", or "untrue". But really, it just means anything that somebody has made up. Thought up. As in...just a thought. Not real. Not part of our "reality".
They coin the term for writers...authors...artists...Everything they make is either fictional or non-fictional. But lest we forget the fact that anything that is real....was indeed once nothing more than a thought, an idea....a form of fiction.
They simply needed the time to mature and come into fruition. To transition from fictional to real. And if that is the case, then can that not be said about the ideas that we have everyday? No matter how fantastical these ideas are, ar
Terres de reve ~ Partie 2 Chap 2Landa s’éveilla doucement de sa courte nuit. Il se redressa péniblement sur son matelas, et jeta un regard las tout autour de lui.Terres de reve ~ Partie 2 Chap 22 hours ago in Introductions & Chapters More Like This

The chains were broken
They had been made from their own powers
Meant to keep Winter's at bay
How had they not realized this would happen?
Why wasn't she ended all those years ago?
Spring saw her as a lost spirit, simply looking for a friend
Fall and Autumn saw her as isolated
Fall learned a lot from her
Autumn wished they could have been friends
Two views from two spirits in one body
Summer hated her, he hated her chill
He tried to kill her but another took her place
Only he survived
Summer told the others that Winter steals innocent lives
That she had to much power
That she wanted her season to be the only one
The others agreed to imprison her
Spring was reluctant
She formed the longest chains
She refused to look at them
Fall and Autumn felt it was for the best
They formed chains that were not as long but not short
They wished there was another option that wouldn't cause as much pain
Summer wanted her to suffer
He formed the shortest chains

962 years of light
The day had been long and arduous circling around various sermons to various noble families and those who had ventured up from the cities lowest depths to hear his words of purity and life, all day he had wandered from hall to hall addressing different parties of people, he had been swarmed by priest and civilian alike asking for his blessings as usual.
He did not mind all the attention more or less it pleased him to see so many people willing to follow him and the religion of light but he was still human and he had become quickly tired of all the talk and prattle that constantly filled everyday of his life.
Luckily his day was over and finally he was before the door to his own room he would find rest and salvation from this dreary day inside if he truly was so lucky.
Stood in a vacant hallway his hand stood but a breath away from the door handle to his private room as a familiar scent wafted his w

He stood before his own front door, feeling absurdly like he should knock, like a stranger visiting a stranger’s house.
He reached for the knob, still not knowing what he was going to say or do, when it was pulled open from the other side.
It was Jon. “James? What news do -” It must have been written all over his face, because Jon, who was always so jolly and cheerful, broke down almost immediately. “No… No, it can’t be? Not Emily? Is she…?”
James didn’t say anything, but he didn’t need to. On some level he was aware that Jon was giving him a hug, the hard kind only a brother can give, but he could barely feel it.
“Where are the kids?” he finally asked, knowing he wouldn’t be able to put it off any longer.
“They’re in the kitchen,” Jon said, pulling away. And then, as a useless afterthought, he added: “They already ate, so… yeah.”
“Thank you, Jon,” James said

It was settled. Kate was to begin training in the weight room at the RAF base. Not wanting to let a moment go to waste, the duchess started her new training regiment the next day. William had called ahead and made the arrangements, and a royal chauffeur awaited to deliver the woman to her destination. Typically Kate would drive herself for mundane tasks such as this, but there was now a great deal of pressure for her new hobby to remain under wraps. In the car, she took out her phone and looked up the most efficient free weight routine to build her body up. Almost every routine separated working different body parts across different days of the week, but eager to grow as quickly as possible, Kate decided she would challenge every area of her body at once.
Wanting to comply with the media adviser’s wishes for the time being, Kate wore a baggy jumper and oversized jogging bo
Corrupted Trainer Chapter ThirteenMy pale fingers gripped the edge of the window still, my knuckles turned white as I gazed up at the sky. The grey clouds were threatening, but not just with rain. I could tell by the morning frost on the grass that we might get an early snowfall this month. “Looking for this?” Alex asked, appearing behind me.
“Gah!” I whirled around and smacked him across the face on reflex. “Don’t do that,” I growled.
“Sorry,” he smiled. “I thought you might need this.” He held out the purple scarf that I despised.
“No,” I snarled, grabbing my backpack and pushing myself out of the Center bedroom. “I’m never touching that scarf ever again.”
“It was just a small nightmare Stella, you’re not going to be choked to death.” He walked next

Hanging off a tree above the forest floor, bio-luminescent fruit grew from a large tangled network of vines. The fist-sized fruit pulsed dim and bright, in the same steady rhythm as a heartbeat. Above the limb they hung from, closer to the canopy and hidden in the darkness, a large pod rested. Several lumps of varying size and shape bulged through its fibrous tissue....

Lucy: Ok, alright. Better prepare my spear ...
Linda didn't think the attitude of his friend was appropriate, and decided to reproach him for it:
Linda: Jerome, I understand that this is very important and dangerous, but you shouldn't behave with our new friend like that.
Jerome: Sorry, but I want to be realistic. I don't want to be caught off guard. You can't deconcentrate in battle. There will be time to chat and celebrate our victories. I hope you understand.
Linda nodded, realizing that what Jerome had was true. They were about to enter a dangerous place, and if they don't focus, they would fall easily.

"What was that," She yelled. I raised a hand and looked around. It was daybreak, the sun making the sky a nice beautiful shade of gray.
"You okay," Amy asked. I nodded and pulled my knees to my chest. My knees felt weird. I rubbed them with my hands, they felt like chicken skin. Odd. I jumped out of bed and got dressed for the day in a nice red shirt and jeans. As I pulled on my shoes, Amy called her parents.
"Yes Mom," Amy said. She sighed as she hanged up. "They're coming to get me so we can get going. Apperently we're going to Denver for a while." I stared at her. Denver was on the other side of the Rockies, about a seven hour drive one way.
"Why Denver," I asked. Amy shook her head as she sat down next to me.
