UnbelivableMist blinks slightly, staring at the holographic screen over or keyboard. 50 people had watched her. 50 people believed in her. They might not believe in the truth, but they knew she existed. She looked around her tower room, smiling slightly as she saw the pictures lining the walls. Pictures from her so-called "Roleplays" These were events that had actually happened. She was glad, very glad that her step-sister remembered some of the things that had happened, even after the miss-fired alchemy trapped her on Earth, with no recollections of her true past, and prevented Mist from going to Earth, and bringing her most beloved friend home. She sighed, shaking her head. She didn't know why the Codex didn't save her sister's memories, but she still knew of what had happened, albeit in a round-about way. Anyways, the fact that 50 people believed in her, it was simply astounding to the young-ish elf, as most believed that the Creator Admins were fake. Stories. Myths. She knew that they probablUnbelivable5 hours ago in Introductions & Chapters More Like This

EgyptianShadowWolf said the following:
A fairly nippy breeze blew through Blutwald, the overcast sky had the promise of rain, a heavy feeling in the sky, however, not just yet. The young wolf pup gingerly scuttled along the floor, slipping on wet leaves occaisionally, a worried expression etched on his face. Mum had been watching him and his siblings until Ellis ran away, claiming he could smell their Dad, and within seconds was gone. His mother, Gypsee, had convinced his aunt Impala to help find Ellis, though right now, it seemed he had wandered too far, as he could not see her. A flicker of panic set in him as he sped up. He wasn't very good at social interactions. It was then he caught the glimmer of the lake that he and his mother usually sat at. Great! A place he knew!
He loped along clumsily on his paws. If he

My eyes flickered open and I saw that I was surrounded by black rock. There was a light source off to my left, coming from a hole in the cave ceiling. I raised my head to look over the black rock and saw Taboo, Pete and Samuel fighting.
Taboo danced between them, looking quite relaxed as she avoided attacks, I almost got the impression that she was enjoying this.
I struggled to my feet with an ice cane, my head aching and my legs feeling wobbly for some reason. My head shot towards the rest of the cave when I heard Samuel scream at an incredibly high pitch.
I saw that he was on the ground, with Taboo over him. I couldn’t see either of their heads, but it didn’t take much to work out what was happening.
She lifted up her head and looked at me, her jaws dripping with blood which was coagulating and freezing to her tee

“Elysia it’s gonna be okay I promise.” Cole said.
“No It won’t! I won’t make it past this level! I’m gonna die here in this dumb game! You guys should just drop my dead weight now!!” Elysia shouted.
“Elysia don’t you dare talk like that! We aren’t leaving you behind! We’ll find a way through this!” I said.
“If you tell me to leave you behind again I swear I’ll knock you out and drag you to the village myself.” I said.
Elysia only pulled the blanket tighter around herself. Cole picked her up and we started walking to the village. The haunted torchlights guiding us along the cobblestone path through the graveyard. Cole paused at the sound of movement and we looked around.
“Something wrong Cole?” I asked.
“No I just thought I heard something is all.” Cole replied.

The Destined Spirit Chapter 10: SchedulesAs Spirit got back to the camp, he hurried to Desmond, wondering what they would do tomorrow, since the past discussion with him had been about powers, training, it got him really excited. He wondered when he would start it, so he decided to head to Desmond before he went back to the dens. When Desmond appeared in Spirit's line of sight, he excitedly ran to him like a cub starting to hunt for the first time, and seeing their prey. The Destined Spirit Chapter 10: Schedules7 hours ago in Introductions & Chapters More Like This
"Desmond!" As Desmond heard the voice, he quickly turned to him. "Spirit. Something wrong?"
"Nah, I was just wondering when the training and the other shenanigans will start?" Desmond thought it up for a moment, until he finally faced Spirit again and gestured for him to follow. They went inside Desmond's den, which was the leader's den. "Wait... you're the leader of the Alphas?" Desmond nodded. They both sat down, and Spirit gestured for him to start talking. "Well, apparently, i have set up a schedule for your training and the such. Seeing that this i

"Vivi!" The young elf before her demanded her with a playful huff of a tantrum, drawing back the Emerald's shining green gaze, a brow perked. "You missed it!"
"My apologies dear." She chuckled towards the young lad that could just barely be considered a preteen. The energetic Kal'dorei stood with his amrs crossed in lighthearted petulance. "Go ahead, sweety, try again. I'm watching." She smiled down to him, causing the young elf to blush slightly as his peers snickered around him.
"You'd better be..!" He scolded through failed attempts to hide his smirk in a more serious expression. From his position knelt in the grass, he lifted his hands again over the small bush the group was crowded around. Holding his breath in concentration, swirling tendrils of green light began to dance around his fingertips. Within a few moments of heavy concentration, one of the small buds on the bush

Scout and Nephele were both looking at each other in wide-eyed surprise - and they'd both said the same thing at the same time.
Now the girl squinted. She tensed a bit as she expected some kind of retaliation from the beaked shapeshifter. Nephele stepped forward... then smiled and said, "Oh, thank goodness you're alive! I felt so awful!" She broke into a run right for Scout.
She leaped and Scout reflexively dodged to the side, sending her tumbling over. Her badger-like companion rolled his eyes and muttered, "Idiot..."
Scout backed up next to Newt as Nephele picked herself up, seemingly unfazed. She murmured to the dragon out of the side of her mouth, "Do they seem kinda... different?"
"Indeed... yes, I think I understand. And I have a plan...." Newt cleared his throat for attention and spoke up. "Greetings, former opponents! It is true - we are alive, and well! For you see, we have the power... to return to life!"
Scout raised her eyebrow at Newt, but he gave he

I awoke my heart racing and my body covered in sweat. The voice echoing around me forced me back into reality. I never slept so heavily.
"Sandra wake up, Its far to late in the day for you to be simply lounging around in bed." I blinked hearing the door rattle. I had placed a chair under the handle just in case Vazel had tried to waltz in on me like he normally did. It looked though like my aunt had a similair plan that morning.
"I am awake" I half yelled half groaned. My legs wobbled as I stood. I felt like I had run for miles. I still wore my garments from the night before. She snatched the door open the moment I removed the chair, grabbing onto my arm she drug me down the hall. My bare feet padded down the stone hal

"What?" She looked angrily down at Newt. "Why didn't you tell me?"
"Oh, I'm sure you know the answer to that."
Scout grumbled to herself as she kept walking. "...hard to get up there anyway..."
"Might you be reconsidering our little deal, seeing as how it isn't exactly working out for you?"
"Ha! When I get to keep callin' you my pet? Nope, not givin' that up anytime soon."
Newt smirked unamusedly and looked to the side just in time to see a blue wisp whizzing up to them. "Greetings, competitors: Scout, and: Newt. The next round is beginning."
Scout furrowed her brow. "Who're we up against?"
"Your opponents are: Juniper, and: Rainy." The wisp showed small images of them.

“Ten months have passed, and the world has truly begun to change. Though old rivalries still hold, many people have become much more open to working together rather than raising arms against one another. It’s strange, but it feels as though Melody’s newfound hope in the worse has spread to the four corners of Medierth, giving the people a sense of peace – perhaps a brittle one, but I will accept that humble serenity.
The first few months did bring a stir of unease as the Planars decided that they would no longer hide from the rest of those who preached their words, and decided to be reborn into the world. Some like Lupa decided to remain as they were – but I could not blame her -, while others whole-heartedly accepted to live amongst the people, having to adjust to their means of life and earning their trust. Rather than see them as gods, many saw them saw them as mere mortals, unsung heroes
The Sacrifice Part 1The town was small, to say the least. At most there were 1,000 people occupying it at once. Although it may seem a large number to some it wasn't big enough for one individual. Benjamin awoke from his restless sleep and laid on the side of his straw bedding. Benjamin wasn't like the other residents of the town of Forbes, drained and constantly in fear, he was more lively and liked to live with the fear that constantly tugged at the corners of his life. He may be next but who cares, certainly not him, he wasn't much of a meal anyway.
He may have one thing in common with the other townsfolk though, it was that he couldn't get much sleep. It wasn't the thought of death looming over him like the moon at night but the beds weren't comfortable enough. That is one thing that makes him different to say the least.
Benjamin got up from his bed and didn't even bother to make his bed, he had to get showered and dressed because the tow
True Soul part 19: The Officers' MeetingThe meetings were usually held rather late. So this one wasn’t that unusual. Lately, the fact that everyone was tense hadn’t been unusual either. Selesta was sitting on her seat on the right hand side of the knight-commander. As the knight-champion she was technically the second highest ranking officer in the compound. Technically, as her only underling was a one meek apprentice.
She sipped her tea as she listened to Gaskos, the demonology instructor, and Selazar argue about why exactly the warding orb at top of the compound’s tower had failed to show the second circle demon in middle of the pack of hellhounds before it had almost killed a novice. Sending novices without the Aura of Command against a second circle demon was often considered a suicide mission.
Those two came to argue over anything that worke
Damien's Time - Adam Alone Adam started off by being really proud in himself, and what he thought he had accomplished in the eyes of Jehovah. Adam had gone to Jehovah about his position within Eden, and Jehovah had sided with him in the argument. Adam had been told that he was right. Adam had been told that his opinion mattered more than that of Lilith. Adam had basically been told that he was the ruler of Eden, and that Jehovah would back him if disagreements arose. This affirmation from Jehovah made Adam extremely proud of himself. Adam felt that he could do no wrong. He would always be on the right side.Damien's Time - Adam Alone1 hour ago in Introductions & Chapters More Like This
The plan of Adam going to Jehovah with his complaint had gone further than he had ever expected it to. Adam had just expected Jehovah to listen to his complaint, and then go to Lilith and fix it. Whatever Jehovah decided, would have to be accepted. It had not gone that way at all. Lilith had fought back against what Jehovah had decided. She had gone against the will of the cr

Whoooh. I'm really awake thanks to this cool and fresh morning air. Now I am aware that this whole town consists of tree-buildings.
It feels like a dream here. Low fog nearly conceals the town, as if this area of the forest is a bowl for it, as the trees here reach only three-quarters of the surrounding trees. Water droplets cling to my fur and makes my hooves slick.
It is still early in the morning, with the sun only hinting pink and orange on the forest canopy. I wonder if the canopy of the town's trees shows above this fog. Looking up, the fog can be like clouds falling from the sky.
Alright, enough sight seeing. Indigo said the northwest end of the town was where the healing lady lived. Funny, I've never heard of healing men, or true ones at least. That "king" of smugglers and thieves I killed always monologued about "healing people of their burdens." Ha! That's a laugh.

- Aunt Dee? Machar lets out and listens for an answer.
No response. Machar continues into the house and looks into the kitchen. There sits two persons by the table, all wrapped up in lots of layers of clothing.
Machar walks in and sits down in front of them. He looks at them and sees that, while they're alive, they're trying to conserve as much energy as they can by simply not moving.
Their eyes barely make any motion of seeing him, yet he knows they do. He sighs and goes up to hug them.
- Hi Aunt Dee, Hi Uncle Cee. Machar says.
No Response. Machar decides to look around. It was quite some time since he visited last. He checks around the house as he remembers how fun he used to have five years ago.
When he's nearly done, he quietly checks one of the bedrooms. He sees a figure in the bed and smiles worriedly. Then he walks back to the kitchen.

What captured Juni's attention the most was that she wore no pendant. She had been holding a small hatchet as well, but she'd gotten Raden to take it back after a few nudges to break him out of his stupor.
