A Borrower's Quest: Half Way There Part 1“-We don’t tolerate free riders on this ship!” –shouted the captain angrily at Fern and grabbed her arm quickly so she couldn’t run away. Granted, there weren’t many places to go on the ship wildly drifting in the middle of the huge river. “-Please!”-she started. “-Don’t throw me to the dungeon! I swear I’ll pay when we get to Roumen!”
The journey from the desert to the middle lands was extremely dangerous. The only relatively safe way was by sailing down on the Dune River. Its water was very unpredictable. It took a very experienced captain to lead a crew through the waves, there weren’t many like that, but Casey was one of them and he asked the price for his expertise. He risked his life every time he made this journey, the ship could be pulled down by monsters, catfish, pikes, they could be attacked from above by birds of prey or the worst possible sc

The days stretched on and on, day passing into night, and night passing into day. The present kits in Air-Tribe were continuously learning new things, and growing more and more. Many of the five were almost as large as their own mother, showing early on that they would become large cats, much like the father missing from their lives. At five moons, the memories of their father were hard to come by. His absence was always present, but time couldn't stop just because of Seraphiel. Koosa was still finding it hard to cope without his father, and he didn't want to simply move on. It was obvious Seraphiel was alive, somewhere, due to the lack of a new Yellow-Air. But where?
As the day of their apprenticeship drew nearer, only a month away now, Koosa kept hope that his father would be back. A month was a long time for things to happen. Of course, Koosa figured it'd go by fast, especially with the nursery becoming fuller.
Five new kits had been born to

Arthur felt his black-ink, rough SPQR tattoo as he stared out of the large windows from the temple in which the Centurions slept in. Thank Gods he wasn't one of the campers - by now, he probably would've had hypothermia.
The male heard small, patting, fast footsteps and he turned around, suspecting possibly Yuri or Cassie to show up. They were the klutzes of Camp Jupiter, and Arthur knew that Yuri liked to stay outside of the camp temples and buildings, preferring the harsh heat and fighting spirit that lurked around whenever campers were sparring. Cassie wasn't the same, however, often she would spend her days inside the Oracle's temple, sacrificing whatever stuffed animal came her way to get more prophecy lines - though she didn't part
Harbinger - Part TwoJav walked down the somewhat quiet streets, thinking it best to treat it with suspicion. As usual, the everyday beggar asked him for coin, and as usual he rejected it. Lousy rats. His footsteps soon became hurried, and before he knew it he was pacing down the street. There's a strange vibe... Something seems different. In the shadowy alleys around he felt eyes on him, and avoided making contact with them in case of causing a confrontation. He had a good guess that someone had already heard about the Hydra's Spoil, and had come to take it for themselves. But there were all badly mistaken if they thought they could possibly take it. No one can take me. Jav thought. No one. He eventually arrived at the desired location, which to most commoners would look like an ordinary building, just another one among the rest. But that was intended thought for people unlike him. He knocked silently on the door, no louder than it should be, and waited for a reply. He ended up living in a cave outside of town, away from everyone. So that way no one could find him, and that way he wouldn’t have to associate with anyone. Fear of being hurt again by others, the fear of people leaving him, the fear of him leaving those people. It was better this way. He wouldn’t need to care for anyone, or have to worry about people looking up to him for support.
This was his new life, and he was mostly content with it, he could see the whole Truffula valley from the cave, the colors mixing well, the people going through, holding hands and smiling. He would frown at this, it would only lead to heart ache in the end. He knew. The Bar

Chapter 0 - A Major Migration (Prologue)
Life was tough for farmers and regular people. Tough indeed. For the corruption of the aristocracy and cruelty of the king himself, the life of the residents has become more of a pain, than a gift. Extremely high taxes, strict and sometimes exaggerated rules given by the king, along with the poverty spread among the villagers has made the living in the kingdom almost impossible. Even a small disobedience of the rules has resulted in execution, and in some better scenarios, the transgressor has been imprisoned eternaly. Many people even decided to leave the kingdom, and try their luck in the unknown lands outside the castle walls.
Although, even despite that he could not care less about the people, the king himself noticed a huge loss of population within the walls. He knew that such act

“This is Sagrethia Zedreth. John gave me this number. He got mild concussion and should go home.” The nurse was either oblivious who Aris was or just didn't care.
“Has anything really bad happened to John?” Aris asked in a worried tone.
“As far as I know, not. This is just a mild concussion. He need just some sleep and he'll be okay.”
“That's... good. I'll be there in few minutes.”
“Is everything okay?” John asked as the nurse ended the call.
“Sure. Aris should be there in few minutes.”
“Oh. Then I should probably wait outside. Fresh air would do me good. Graseth, could you?...”
“'Kay.” Graseth said as he picked up the human and slowly walked to the exit.
Aris, in the mean time, was flying towards John's school a bit worried. She didn't want anything bad happen to John, it would be a shame if something would happen to him. He was her friend after all.

“Too cold, for my old bones. Never liked winter anyways.” It sighed. “At least this place doesn’t need much governing.”
“Yes, sir. It must’ve been tough in the old days, when the Dark Magics were still around and demons could enter this world whenever they wanted.” The guard, a young fox, replied, conversationally.
“Very true.” The wolf smiled. “What is your name, young man?”

The sky was a blanket of golden dusk. Through the veil of blending orange and yellow birds were fluttering in a crisscross as they made their way home. Singing their evening songs, all who had taken the peaceful tour to their refuge were allowed to enjoy it. Walking within the resident area he had woken up by, Vinced saw that things were different during the sunset. As opposed to the stillness of the morning dew, little people had begun to emerge from their dens and cause their own little ruckus. Mounted on tricycles and bikes, scooters and skates, the kids road in circles while others chased one another in good fun. A few animal kin couldn’t help but join in. Small dogs and puppies, woofing their tiny woofs, were the most prevalent. Pattering along on their stumpy legs, the balls of fluff pursued their owners unbothered by the notion that they would never catch them. Even so, when they did, the rambunctious li

Embers of fire reigned down around Nyght, crimson snow and greying ash cascaded from the sky like hot rain, giving the night a reddish hue that swayed back and forth with the coming storm. Bright flashes of silver and blue lighting could be seen through the smoky haze as Nyght stared disenchanted at the wreckage of her house. Torn asunder by the ravage hatred of humans who breathed and lived the fear they felt for anyone or anything that screamed Otherworld. Her bright vivid greenish gold eyes stung from the smoke and hard unshed tears that refused to fall. She choked back a scream of rage and despair, vowing silently to the gods, whatever gods, that would hear her silent scream and promises of vengeance. For five years she had strived hard to live in their world, to try to be human and forget her painful, abusive past of her own lands and heritage. How she longed for the gifts she had rebuked, her foresight and magick that would have allowed her to foresee this devastation

You will submit to my rule or die.” A member of the royal court speaks, “Do you think that we would bend the knee to a bandit who knows how to make friends?!” Sauvogadrax then jumps at the man with incredible speed and sends him flying back. Counterproductive of what she asked me to do. She wants him safe and sane. I asked if she would tell him. She said that she would not. Then there was no problem.

World Of The Unnaturals (Chapter 1)Renaye woke up one morning so happy. It was finally summer and she was going to the pool. Of course she still had school. Not that she wasn’t smart, she was homeschooled. She had to be home schooled because of her powers. Ever since she was little, she knew she was different. She had heard that people who had powers were called unnaturals and she wanted to be them. She always thought about how they would be superheroes and save the day, but that was in comic books made by some crazy guy. That wasn’t real. She knew that people were miss treated. She knew that was why her parents were sad most of time. At home, they didn’t have warm water a lot of the time and they would work so hard for food. Things had turned around though when they finally got promotions. They now lived in a nice house and had warm water and food. Lights would work and she had toys. After this though, she started to have her powers. Chapter One: In Mourning
They say things happen for a reason, but for what reason did this incident take place?
It had been just days after the incident at the factory, when the electrical machine exploded and the Nightmares had set a monster loose on the city. The Sky Force team wasn't coping well with the loss of one of their teammates, who had apparently been torn to shreds by the creature.... Chu, the leader of the team, took it hard. Keni'chi was his younger brother, the middle sibling in the trio. Razor had been adopted as the youngest brother, and he took it even worse than Chu did.... Even though Keni'chi had been wimpy, scared of his own shadow, and had usually only been there for morale support, he was missed. He had been a dear friend and family member, and that was what counted to them...
Razor shut himself in their room, wanting time alone for a while.... The little bat had shared a room with the middle sibling, and they'd been awfully close. I

I pulled myself away from the computer after I had finished writing and looked at the time. It was around 11:00pm. It was a Thursday night. I didn’t have work tomorrow. I had taken the day off because I had plans… Now that I had sorted through all the events I remembered since that “incident,” and typed it all down somewhere in case I forgot it again or if it later became skewed by some unknown power (not that I was suspicious or believed in the supernatural but there was definitely something “unnatural” about this whole thing), I could now move forward. It took me two years to finally recover but it was better late than never.
I was determined to start from the source, the beginning of it all.
I mean that rather loosely however as the true “start” of it was none other than the girl I met at the gaming convention. The girl whom I believed was Artemesia herself, however imposs
