Day 4 Of My ExperimentI slowly began to wake up to my bedroom lit up by the sunlight coming through my windows and I felt very sleepy like I only slept for two hours. I kept trying to keep my eyes open and my vision was a bit blurry and.....blue? My eyes widen as I notice that my vision is now completely blue. The disease "ViBlue" must of affected my vision as well, but what else has "ViBlue" done to me? I sat up from the bed and I was hit my this odd feeling like I was dizzy but at the same time some what very full like I just had thanksgiving. Wait Thanksgiving! I realize that it was thanksgiving or so I think today is. I looked over the the digital clock and calendar on my wall and I was shocked to find out that today wasn't Thanksgiving or the day after, it was Monday the 30th! Did I actually sleep for five days straight? What can be worse than that, well there was a bunch of things worse than sleeping for five days straight. Chapter: 9 The Hero of Thebes
The clamor of a knight's boots could be heard sounding against the halls of Cinderella's castle. "Your majesties," he panted. "Your majesties!"
Cinderella and Charming sat at their thrones. "What is it?" she asked.
"Invaders! Invaders on the eastern shores!"
Cinderella's eyes widened as she and her king ran for the castle walls. They looked out to see an army of armored skeletons marching on their castle. The Horned King loomed at the front of his legion and barked, "Crush them all!"
Charming hastened his hands to his sword. "Prepare for battle."

The mink clenched her jaw.
How dare this kid walk in here and talk to her like this.
She looked at his snarky face. The boys eyes had gone from an insomniac feature to a more lively but haunting colour of silver - that actually tickled her with goosebumps. No more had his lips trembled from stuttering instead was a smile of confidence, if you asked her, a little too much.
She cleared her throat "Anywayyyy, what brings you to this room? This is what Mother calls the "Winners Sector", we keep certain people here."
Danny chuckled " Well then, with that sort of sass, they must of really pitied you~"
The cyan cheetah snickered behind her but stooped when the mink shot him a dirty look.
"Still didn't quite get your name, cupcake."

Maki's eyes snapped open, though she didn't move or make a sound. Taking a deep breath, she glanced around, then slowly, silently sat up. She was shaking, tears stinging her eyes as she made sure everyone else was asleep. She got up, moving as silently as she could, and opened the door to the outside steps, silently closing the door behind her before sitting on the steps. She let the tears flow then, unable to hold them back much longer anyways, her body and soul shaking. She pulled down her sleeve, examining the numerous scars that criss-crossed her skin. Marks from blades, from claws were the most numerous, though she also bore various degrees of burn scars as well. There were even scars that showed that she had been struck with a whip, skin tearing enough to leave scars. Maki shuddered, pulling the sleeve back up into place and hugging her knees as she started to cry, remembering not only the physical pain of her past, but the emotional as well, her mind returning to s

HOG/Mimpossible Serverance PrologueA woman walked with her head held high in a place that seemed to be the exact opposite of where she should be. She was dressed in white and pale blue with pale blonde hair piled on top of her head, while her current location on the other hand was dark, dingy, with twisting shadows and various bits of architecture that looked like a small child had had a fit and thrown them around like building blocks. Yet it appeared to have been a very orderly tantrum, as every bridge and set of stairs led somewhere.HOG/Mimpossible Serverance Prologue8 hours ago in Introductions & Chapters
Yet, she walked through all this without stopping, when a lesser person would have least been creeped out. You’d almost think she was expecting something.

The woman didn’t seem to pay the words any mind, instead coming to a stop and looking at where the voice had come from.

"This is one small start for a plumber," stated Luigi taking his first steps onto Beanbean Kingdom soil. "And one giant step for Luigi!"
"Enough fooling around," called Mario, several steps ahead of Luigi. "We've got a long way to go." He unrolled the map and traced his finger on it from the location of the border building to Beanbean Castle. "Looks like we're a bit of a way off from the castle. In order to get there, we have to get from Stardust Field to Hoohoo Mountain. Once we climb down there we'll be in Beanbean Fields and the Castle is located in the center of it. Looks to be no more than a day and a half away if we go straight there."
"If those border brothers were any indication," commented Luigi. "It won't be as simple as that."
"Well, no sense in worrying about it then," pointed out Mario. "We'll just focus on each obstacle as they come at us."
"Didn't Bowser end up somewhere on the other sid

But that wasn’t what she was going to get.
“I know who did it,” said Akorri. He sat still on the bed, keeping his head low, almost as if he might have been admiring the carpeted floor. Lae wanted that to be the case, to push back this feeling of unfamiliarity that wouldn’t go away, but instead to her he just looked... guilty.
“Did what?” she replied quietly.
“Who dug up the corpse.”
Her heart stopped. Had she heard right? That couldn’t be true. “What?”
“You heard me. I know who did it.”
Lae was too stunned to reply. All this time they had spent talking to the villagers, all of it was completely wasted because of the red-haired Fillian

The man they knew to be Taiga, stepped forward, his shirt exploding as golden yellow and black fur spread over his entire body, chest broadening with white fur. He gave a toothy grin, his canines elongated as did his face, eyes turning a golden hue, pupils slitted.
"I'll take the Crimson Hunter."
Came the declaration of Taiga, bursting forward, his right arm rolling forward would snatch Shuiro up by his head. The body of Shuiro slamming back against the rocks, crimson flickering off of his body as rocks crumbled to the ground. Taiga let go of his head, striking him with a swift knee to the gut sending Shuiro into the air.
"Show me the same intensity you had when fighting against The Phoenix!"
Shuiro coughed up blood as his body flowed into the air, his crimson aura flaring up for the briefest of

They waited until the end of the song, and then Auriel crouched down to offer a little, probably insignificant donation, placing it into the still almost-empty plastic bowl. The homeless man gave a small nod as a sign of mild appreciation. He must already have been calculating how little the few coins would be enough for, his face darkening by the conviction that no one else would care to help him, not even as little as the meek young woman in front of him. He was not just a little startled, when said woman touched and caressed his hand. She looked up and he looked down, and for a short moment, their eyes met.

Part IV: One Journey's End
Too scared to move, Timbuk ducked down, pretending to go back to sleep. It wasn't worth doing anything to anger the bandits. Although they were outnumbered five-to-two, the bandits had weaponry to compensate. Stryche's own dagger was in his supply bag, not an inch from the explorers' bedding, but it'd be a fatal mistake to reach for it. As for the slaves, Timbuk didn't want to look at them and witness their terror at being thrust into yet another dangerous position. Instead, he watched his elder.
Stryche looked up at the bandit. "Forgive us, sir. We haven't much gold left." This was a lie, of course; Stryche always kept his money pouch under the floor boards in the back corner of the cart at night - the bandits wouldn't find it, and they'd never know he was lying. He wouldn't die at the hands of people like them.
Looking around, the bandit spotted the treasure

Mand relaxed a little, Terry had a family, which probably meant that he was in fact just trying to make polite conversation.
Val piped up, "Eight? Well that's fairly typical. What can he do?"
Terry smiled, relieved that he had found some common ground. "He can heat up metal. It's quite useful, saves me a fortune on wood for the cooking stove."

Summer, Year 756 of the New Age
It was a rather fresh day, especially for summer. The sky was covered with heavy dark clouds. When Alia looked up, the clouds looked so big for her, she felt like they could fall down. This thought made her smile. How would it be to swim in a cloud, most of the time they look so fluffy and soft. Even when they don’t look that way today. Alia looked back down and continued her mindless walking through the forest.
Earlier this day her mother gave Alia her first official herb lesson. And it was much more confusing than Alia thought. The little girl was so excited, all the years she waited for that day. She even dreamed about becoming a well known herbalist. But this very first lesson left a whirlwind in her head. Her mother told her so many different things, Alia co

Let it never be said, Rolf thought to himself, that Karina Haydn was not an excellent instructor. Within just a few minutes of astute direction through whispered cues and quick hand signals, Rolf felt he was getting the hang of the art of stealth. Following her lead, they managed to evade the few guards they did encounter. The night was still quite early and the security seemed to be scrambling toward the front gates. Rolf assumed that meant Miles' distraction was working.
Vague though the engineer's directions may have been, Rolf and Karina did come across a necronom maid who was easily persuaded to give more specific information. All it took was a few growls from Rolf and some exceedingly unladylike threats from Karina to grease the wheels of conversation.
"How much farther?" said Rolf as they dashed up a tall flight of stairs, flanked by intricate stain-glass windows of green and silver on either side.
