Starr's Past- Contest EntryLooking at him brought back memories of the past. Not that looking at the others didn’t, or that being with them didn’t, but he was special. After all, it was with him that Starr’s Pokemon journey had begun. It seemed like only a few weeks ago, Starr and her best friend Nolan had received their starter Pokemon, when in fact it had almost been three months. Some people found it odd that her bond with her starter could be as close as it was in such a short time, but Starr would just shrug and say that some bonds are just formed fast if they’re really meant to be. And indeed, even though the first time she had seen her starter was when she was rummaging through Professor Birch’s bag to fend off wild Starly, the then-Turtwig’s calm eyes put her at ease, helped her focus, and even now was the perfect match to balance the girl’s excitable nature. Starr usually preferred Pokemon that hit fast and hard, as seen when looking at the rest of her teaStarr's Past- Contest Entry4 minutes ago in Introductions & Chapters More Like This
The Gifted: IntroductionGifted is a power. No, not like a talent gift. For example, Wolf Gifted. When their human body goes to sleep their soul and mind goes to their wolf body. No, not at all like a were wolf. A were wolf has the same body but transforms into a different shape. The Gifted's bodies stay where they feel asleep. Both bodies have the same memories and knowledge and soul, but they both have separate needs. Say one eats and then goes to sleep. The other body will wake up but it may still be hungry. They aren't too common but not to the point that they can't have packs that hunters chase. But another thing- when one body dies, the other lives, but know nothing of Gifted or ever being one, and if they some how remember then they will either go mad, or into a comma, for they would remember what it is like to die. If they are injured in one body they can sperate the injury into a half as bad injury but on both bodies, or they can leave it just on one body. Some live among people, going I noticed, whilThe Gifted: Introduction20 minutes ago in Introductions & Chapters More Like This

Chapter: 23 The Enemy of My Enemy
Just as Alek had estimated, the Trailblazers had passed into the kingdom of Weselton by nightfall. They rode along a nearby ridge to get a better look at the kingdom. "Weaseltown," said Benjamin.
"You mean, Weselton," chuckled Tomas.
"Despite all of my travels, I have never been here before." said Ben.
"Neither have I," added Zi.
"Likewise," huffed Tomas. "We need a plan for getting over the walls."
"Or through the gates!" suggested Ben. "I can distract them with my knowledge of the ancient world!"
Tomas stopped him just as he grabbed his backpack, "Not a good idea. Hans already has dominion over the kingdom. If he's working with the Raven, he's bound to be looking for us."
Ben sat down wit

Chapter: 22 Road to Weselton
The Trailblaze Trio sped onwards toward Weselton. They followed the fjord as Captain Alek had suggested. It was midday, and they would reach Weselton by nightfall if all went smoothly.
"Guys...." groaned Benjamin. "Guuuuuuuys."
Tomas rolled his eyes, "For the last time, Benji. We'll eat when we get to Weselton."
"Soooooo hungry," he grumbled. "Fooooooooooooooood."
"I can't believe I'm saying this," added Zi. "But I'm with Ben. We need to eat something, Tomas."
"That's two votes against one," said Benjamin. Suddenly, Tomas' horse, Thor came to a stop. The horse's stomach rumbled, and he looked up at Tomas. Benjamin laughed hysterically, "Make that three votes."
Lucky squeaked distressingly. Zi then exclaimed, "Four votes!"

Codename 'Izur': Part 1 It didn’t usually take Urcut and Wercur long to break up their camp in the morning – there wasn’t much to do as all their belonging could be easily carried on the two Azara’s backs. But that particular morning there was something that didn’t fit into the pattern – a half-eaten carcass of a small deer the two hunted and killed yesterday. When Wercur, the red-and-white Tatharan male, had to travel on his own, young Azara had to feed himself by fishing or catching small game like hares or grouse. But when the two of them were hunting together things were different. Yesterday, for example, Urcut was able to smell the buck grazing on the meadow and Wercur chased it toward where his partner lay in ambush. They ate their fill and there still were a large part of it left.Codename 'Izur': Part 12 hours ago in Introductions & Chapters More Like This

The hidden away place beneath the city of Coiner's Keep was deafeningly loud and flashed sporadically with hellish-red light. A furnace the size of a two story home squatted against the towering back wall of the warehouse’s basement like a godlike toad; it’s large, hungry mouth agape with dozens of demonic tongues of flame flicking into the room.
A hundred pipes snaked from the great beast's head to burrow into the ceiling and walls all around it like the roots of an ancient tree. They ranged from small iron tubes the width of a coin, to large airtight chimneys large enough for a child to crawl through.
The stone floor of the basement was bowed in the middle like an aged bookshelf; worn down with years upon years of endless marching from the coal piles to the fire pit. Ash and smoke hung like thick blankets in the air to such a suffocating extent, no living creature could walk down the long forgotten steps and hope to leave again of their own accord.

TS - Monster in the cave - part 1At the edge of the forest a large group of tokota and handlers stood gathered. In the front and a bit away from the rest stood Amarok with Kaylan seated in the saddle on his back. He was looking back as the rest slowly got ready to leave. Next to him sat Ayane on Bluestone haven's newest charge, Tikaani. He seemed completely uninterested in this whole ordeal, head hanging low to the ground as Ayane hung over her saddle to talk to her neighbor. Kaylan vaguely wondered if he was bored by her incessant talking. Moving on, next to Aya you had his little sister Kate. Katherine was riding Voltaire again, their temporary charge. She had taken quite the liking to the golden curly maned tokota and Kaylan feared she'd want one too. Now well feared... She had mentioned wanting one, but he couldn't really afford one. It was like a little girl asking for a unicorn. He wished he could give her one, but it was impossible. Completing the little gossip circle - or what Kaylan assumed was gossip. Project A.S.G Chapter 3 There was a loud knock at my door, the sound resonating through the thin metal. The metallic clang echoed through the room and hurt my ears. I was in the process of tying my last boot in my dimly lit sleeping quarters, the smell of mildew making it harder to concentrate. I had to do most things in here from memory and from sense of touch; it was just too dark. We were treated as stowaways. I guess this was just the nature of things, we were extra soldiers and that meant that there wasn’t enough room for us anyways. “I’m coming!” I yelled back at whoever it was. I finished tying it and quickly opened the door. Welcoming light flooded in. On the other side was Alexander. He was dressed in his captain’s uniform and stood formally, not a single crease in his uniform. To him, I must’ve looked messy and informal. I had shoddily tossed my uniform over my undershirt aProject A.S.G Chapter 32 hours ago in Introductions & Chapters More Like This

Flush leaned right beneath three needles flying through the air. His situation was slowly getting nastier and nastier. Dominar had disappeared somewhere a while ago, but he managed to keep all other wyverns at the field of the execution. No one could really pass through his barrier, neither tries of killing the young magician were successful. At least this far, because now they mostly gave up on leaving the field which was barely possible, but focused on taking the fire breather down. With magic, Flush could defend himself efficiently, but he had to save energy; trying to face so many enemies, he had to use massive amount of magic for every barrier and so, he used them carefully, wanting to be able to keep their attention on him the longest possible. Flush noticed Seferino, once again heading towards the young dragon quickly. He jumped aside from a barrier that struck soldiers behind him, but only to fall into another one, sending him for severa

This night feels so cold, breezy wind touched my face as I fly across the sky of Paris. It's so silent tonight maybe because it's in the middle of the night, or a bunch of humans terrorizing each other with their weapon so they are too afraid to come out.
It's pretty calming though, at last I can enjoy the view of Paris without all of those commotions. I thought I have to savor this moment, so i slowed down and glide through this night sky.
Small canals filled with water that humans still use, pretty old buildings that have a touch of romanticism everywhere, and also the majestic Eiffel tower that is decorated with light here and there. No doubt those humans consider this city as the city of love. Even angels can be captivated with this view.
As I slowed down it became even quieter, all I can hear is rustling and rattling from my feathers a

Damian sat in one of the many seats on the train. The train car was filled to the brim with other cadets joining the Feathers. Although, most avoided him after seeing him board from the 101st. This left him with a window seat all to himself. That was, until the train stopped at the 68th Academy. Damian looked at the six boarding. They seemed to be of a higher grade than the other cadets, but the Academy meant spoiled. Damian tsked as they sat in the only available seats, the ones next to him.
“Geez, Damon, you knew we had to get up early. What were you doing all night?” Alto asked.
“You don't want to know.” Shane said.

The rain lashed down into the ocean, the stormy winds of the Eye of Abendego raging across the Sodden Lands with its usual fury. The Crab River was swollen with the downpour, emptying into the Arcadian Ocean with a purpose, as the wind crashed against the ragged landscape.
Aurelia cut a lonely figure, out there on the rocks; sitting on her heels, her cloak whipping around her in the terrible weather. The shore was abandoned, aside from her. Very few of the Sodden Lands inhabitants would risk being out this far, this close to the furious ocean.
As little as she liked to admit it, she was old; she remembered when this place was still called Yamasa, before the Eye opened and drowned everything between the coast and the Defalta river.
She’d had an uncomfortably up-close-and-personal experience with that particular event.
Pulling her hood back from the fine lines of her elven face, she turned her azure eyes out to the ocean. Her ebon hair was lightly touched
Singing BeautySo here I was at the Shrine helping Janaia clean the place up. I was sent to clean the storage building, mainly to dust, but I was given permission to read whatever I wanted to jog memories of my life before. Out of no where I started whistling a tune that shocked me. I never whistled this kind of tune before yet it feels like I heard it before.Singing Beauty4 hours ago in Introductions & Chapters More Like This
Before I knew it, I was putting words to the tune and I felt it. There was a puddle of water dancing around me. I laughed it off as some kind of joke when Janaia walked in.
"Ahh the dance of waters. Did you know you were dancing in tune to your voice and it called me in here." Janaia asked with a smile.
"I was dancing?! All I was doing was whistling and singing a song I felt in my heart." I answered shocked.
"The other personality must be trying to come out. Its okay, the two personalities can merge once the one is fully awakened." She said as she exited the building.
With a sigh, I went back to cleaning and then stumbled upon what looked to be

GemZ - 1.1.5 - The ForestGosha's bare feet flew across the soft ground as he ran towards the forest. The wheat fields gave way to grassy paddocks filled with livestock, which in turn gave way to the forest. It started as bushes and shrubs and slowly built up to towering evergreens. Everything grew so well in this part of Le'Tayah. The ground was rich and fertile due to the closeness of the Tower of Earth, one of the five great Towers. It was why the farms were here, their crops grew quicker and larger. Even the horses and cows seemed to grow better as they ate the grass that grew in front of the forest. The trees in the forest also seemed to grow larger than others of their kind, their limbs intertwining in the canopy to completely block the sun. This meant the floor of the forest was clear of obstacles, but that it was quite dark inside.GemZ - 1.1.5 - The Forest5 hours ago in Introductions & Chapters More Like This
