The Wandering Hangman - Challenge 2, Pt 4She was on a ship, another one than the Trickster's Pride. It wasn't one she had been on before. It had to be the lowest deck. There was the keel, the ribs as well as puddles of water between them. Everything was made of blackness. Something was following her, she just knew that. All she had was a lantern, barely enough to see where she was going. Aside from slings hanging down, the deck was empty, yet the ground swayed, indicating that she was out on the sea. Something breathed heavily behind her, or maybe it was a sigh? She turned around. It was as dark behind her as it was dark in front of her. Maggie frowned, slowly turning again. The Wandering Hangman - Challenge 2, Pt 41 day ago in Introductions & Chapters
"Flutter, little bird", the eerie voice cheered. Maggie started to run. It was not a deliberate choice, it was pure fear. The deck narrowed until it resembled a tunnel more than an actual location on a ship. Maggie knew she had to run. If she stopped, everything was lost. She was lost. Whatever creature was behind her, she had to get away!

“I will be right back kids” she said with a slight smile. That was when I was alone with my sister in our big apartment in the city. I promised mom I would take care of her, while mom was out. Only we knew… I really hoped we did, but it was already too late to tell mom.
I sat down in the couch with my sister and watched TV. She is only five years old, me however, I’m seven. A loud rumbling catches my attention and my eyes widened shocked.
“Wh-what was that sis?” Tracy asked nervously and scared with her big blue eyes. I petted her head gently before checking out of the window. I frizzed at the spot and wanted to let out a loud scream, but it was trapped in my throat, while I felt the fear take over my body and I trembles. Right there, not far away could I see a huge storm. I had never seen anything like it. It was even bigger then o

The words shocked the redhead from his barely conscious state. Usually he could confidently say he was the last one to speak before the two of them fell asleep, but for the first time--he was sure--he had been drifting off, and pulled abruptly back into the waking world. He sat up, rubbing his eyes a little bit, and looked around the dark room for the source of the voice.
There were, of course, only two options. To one side, a small black and white form curled beside him, fast asleep. mCasper's breaths were slow and even, and the mug of tea that sat on the dresser had cooled off more than an hour ago. When he turned to the other side, however, he saw uncertain eyes glowing in the darkness, a face that was plainly open and clear, framed by red hair.
The words had been soft. He must have known that mCasper was asleep, and didn't want to wake him. But it was night, and mSinclair's body was never terribly thrilled with the idea of sleeping at night, even when he tried swi

Yes Demetrius has served his original purpose, but I don’t want him to go. I sigh annoyed with myself. In the banquet hall a feast is going on to say farewell to him and I’m hiding in my study. I curl up in a window seat and look out at the empty throne room.
I’m not afraid to admit I enjoy his company. I like his wit and charm. I smile, I love the fact he goes out of his way to provoke Lucas. I sigh I hate the nonchalant attitude he has towards the world.
I slump and clutch my knees to my chest. What am I going to do? Do I ask him to stay tell him I think I have feelings for him? Do I let him go and move on find some one else to relate to? But, who else knows what its like to be under Juniper’s thumb? Who else shares my scars?

Meat....meat....fresh meat.....it was the only thing on my mind as I pounced onto the two until suddenly.
"KATE!! DON'T BITE ME I'M YOUR FRIEND SONIC!!!"
Then all of a sudden something snapped inside me. I started to remember who I was, what I was. I'm Katelyn the Dreamer.
I quickly jumped off Sonic so he could get air from him.
"What have I done?" I gasped, "Sonic I'm so sorry."
"It's alright." Sonic said gasping for breath, "We weren't expecting that either."
"My god, I got turned into a werewolf and I almost bit you guys."
I was always nervous about myself because I felt like something I did by mistake would hurt my friends. But this was different. I was a werewolf and I almost lost my free will by just thinking about meat.
"What'll we do?!" I cried.
"Look Kate calm down." Mario said, "We'll find R.K and Tacey and we'll try to figure this mess out together. Everything will be fine before you know it and we'll resume our fun times okay?"
"Okay." I finally said,

Midnight Melee was an event in Hallow Town that Breaker had been recently participating in. Thanks to her kobold and goblin fans, the red haired combatant had found herself to Hallow Town, a place inhabited by monsters, akin to Monster Haven. While Monster Haven was a peaceful, small town, Hallow Town was a place where the otherworldly citizens were a tad more rambunctious and wild.
Breaker was in the middle of the Wretched Ring, a fighting arena said to have hosted hundreds of thousands of fights between various monsters, but her latest foe was a dangerous one.
It was a werewolf, with a lanky, lean, yet muscular build. His limbs were long and covered in a combination of muscle and fur, while his head had a long mane of gray hair. His bright orange eyes were beady and shone in the night.
“So, some random human thinks she can beat me?” the werewolf asked in a dark howling voice. “I’d like to see ya try!”
“Sorry. You’re just gonna see me wi

I shook my head and wrapped my hand around her small frame and walked back to the beach. I didn't want to keep her if she felt like that.

Sighing lightly, he dipped his head again, arched neck and let one front leg fall forward as he drank more water from the pool of water. The birds chirped happily and the forest was calm although still very much alive. Soon, his doe would give birth to his first child. He wondered what it would be but hoped for a girl, deep down. He was not ready to father a colt just yet. No.
It was too much responsibility. He'd rather have
Entry #52: Something Wicked This Way ComesI told Aizen about my pets acting weird, and he said that his dog was like that too. We brain stormed on could be going on, what event was about to happen? We agreed that the event had to be something bad, the animals wouldn’t act this way if it was something good. Aizen said that whatever was going to happen most likely involves a person or creature. Kyo has been patrolling the house, as has his dog, which means they don’t want something getting in that isn’t suppose to be there. Later that day, Amber arrived home. She placed the statue on her table and sat down to admire it.
"Where should I put it?" She pondered.
She decided it would look nice somewhere in the kitchen. She was about to get up to move it when she realised she couldn't move. She was frozen.

Suddenly, the statue glowed a bright vivid orange. Amber also began to glow and she panicked as a war woozy feeling swept over her.

I haven't the slightest idea. Everything looks blurry to me. It was almost to the point of it all looking like nothing more then abstract art in an unknown gallery. Through the light blue and white stripes of my hair I hid my right eye. The suspense was killing me along with the despair of watching that wretched man take my beloved twin children. One was a girl with white hair and blue eyes and was named Melody. The other looked the same, but was a boy named Jacob. They were just sleeping babies in the arms of an evil man with black hair and red eyes. In this cave, he stared down at me grinning. I hated that grin. With a coat nearly as dark as the shadows themselves, Herona blended in effortlessly with her pitch surroundings, gliding beneath the cedar trees like a wraith through a graveyard. She was completely at home here in these sinister woods, and it showed in her excited brown eyes and her pricked ears.
The scent of withering grass encouraged her onwards with the promise of a meal that was finally not bitter roots and rough weeds that hardly filled her stomach. The Commander stood in the middle of the human battle, exchanging blows while shouting orders. That was likely something they learned to do with the military leaders due to how the king of the kingdom was injured.
It was a little surprising that he was willing to risk himself so carelessly, better than be shot from a distance he supposed.
After the invaders withdrew there came a familiar shouting, Altus calling for wounded, he got a response while he was going about between the soldiers.
