The world is anything but adaptive.
An acid rain, dirty, dinge sky
Streaked with a blood moon copper lullaby
Its hard to sometimes say goodbye
And if change is not inevitable, you might as well cry.
Haze warped towers, fog like barium oxide
BaO time we let our senses collide,
Smoke choked lungs, carbon monoxide
Industry just trying its best to survive.
Trying to escape like a Spanish bull run
We like Icarus flying too close to the sun
It benefits us now, soon it’ll be none.
What good is a world when we’re done?
Fragile wings burning up in the atmosphere
Brain freezing from global warming, still ain’t clear
Should beat back smog if just outta fear
It doesn’t get better with each solar year.
Somehow it keeps going on
Pushing out acid rain like we Cybertron.
They always say its darkest before the dawn,
Turn that light bulb, flash on, argon.
