DAY 14 TAKEDOWN AOI’S SIDE A lot of the workday for new Blazing Hearts employees is learning how to safely - and convincingly - take a fall. Falling drills, how to fake getting hit, how to actually get hit without getting hurt too much, and  a surprising amount of fire safety.     Today, the main focus is sudden takedowns.
