Leroy strolled down the streets of New York City. It was October, and the final day of the month was nigh. Leroy was unwilling to allow a Halloween to pass without him acquiring a costume, thus he was at this time searching for a costume shop.
At the same time, a young wizard by the name of Fret was pondering ways to test a new spell he had found. He was aware of the Muggle holiday of Halloween, and the tradition of wearing costumes in the dark of night and roaming about the neighborhood in hopes of tricks and treats.
