The disaster rate in this town is too damn high

A comic at last. It's a long time since I last did one. I do hope you guys can read my writing, if not, I'll edit it. 
Keep calm and panic on was Calm Wind's idea, I just: I need to use that in some sort of comic. XD

I drew some OCs instead of bg ponies for a change.
