It's that time of year again when I'm suddenly struck down with a terrible cold. But wait, there's more! This time it seems to have been joined by a terrible sore throat, the result being, it hurts to sneeze/cough/pour tea down my cake hole. 

Recovery's a long way off, I can sense it...
