Fatheade DeStaav

The title character of my Pokémon fanfiction story, "DeStaav Pokémon Investigation Bureau."  His name is pronounced "fa-theed" (fa as in father, theed rhyming with weed), but that doesn't stop many others in the story from mispronouncing it as "fat-head" instead. XD

This guy is basically an unusually masculine Jigglypuff who runs a detective agency.  Despite being an unevolved Pokémon, he's older than any other member of the team... needing a rare stone to evolve means that an old Jigglypuff (unlike, say, an old Caterpie or an old Bulbasaur) isn't exactly unusual.  Fatheade is also surprisingly tough, though it helps that he's picked up a lot of unusual moves over the many years he's been around (so far he's shown off stuff like Grass Knot, Drain Punch, and Incinerate--which he uses to light his cigars! ...as well as some more standard Jigglypuff moves like Body Slam.)  He also has a different haircut than the typical Jigglypuff, usually wears a hat, and smokes cigars.

Note: This is a pretty old picture, and in the time since I drew it I've changed how I draw Fatheade's hat (it's the sort with a wide brim all the way around now, rather than the baseball-cap-like version here.)
