Chocolate Eclairs

Chocolate Eclairs filled with whipped cream and chocolate icing.

I've made chocolate eclairs a few times over the past few years using different recipes, this recipe is the best I have tried so far.  The recipe states it makes 12.  I decided to make little finger sized ones for my kids and ended up making well over 30!
My family loved them, which I am very pleased about as they take a long time to prepare, epically making so many, it took a very long time and also because I don't work with pastry that often.
Having made so many, I froze a lot of them cooked but not filled or decorated to use when needed.  I didn't have any chocolate to make the proper icing stated in the recipe for this photo so I had to make do with cocoa powder which wasn't so good but I did get some chocolate for the batch I froze to make properly which tasted amazing.
