Demon Blade

My first impression is that I really like the composition and mood of this artwork! It leads the eye around very well and the red accents are nice and attention grabbing! The green hilights offer a nice contrast to the red accents! That said, I feel like the green highlights don't make sense in some areas; the hair and the blade creature I feel would be catching more of the green light. I would definitely like to see more detail with the fabric folds, and a bit more details with the hair. Overall I really enjoy the style and I feel everything ties together very well. Keep up the fantastic work! C :

Well you just amaze me as an artist! This picture your flowing lines force the viewers eyes to travel across the full picture, i am not sure if you do this intentionally, but it is a nice technique! I as viewer am asking are these the same girl. sisters, friends? Any piece of art that causes the viewer to ask questions to themselves, in my opinion is working! In this piece I appreciate the lack of color. I used to say you can "cheat with color. " What i mean by this is people might just like the picture because they like the color. No cheating here! Just beautiful flowing lines and exquisite use of contrast!

Earthsea Borealis

By far, the most impressive feature of this deviation is the water. It seems to flow almost perfectly with the two individuals in the piece. The interaction between the characters really captures the mood of the moment. Both characters complement each other, as her soft, small, edges and curves contrast the whale's blunt, stocky, large figure. The only thing that seems to be lacking in this deviation is the amount of detail in the whale's face. It stands out against this otherwise heavily detailed piece. All of these things add to this piece having exceptional composition and vision.
Very good art piece overall, Well Done.
