I got the idea from http://doctorwhofanon.wikia.com/wiki/Time_Lord_Victorious. I use the following premise from the website:
"The Time Lord Victorious is the persona the Doctor from another universe takes on after losing grip on his sanity after the deaths of Amy and Rory in his timeline. Consumed by rage, pain and hatred, the Victorious is the ultimate threat in the universe, who dominates it with an iron fist and hopes to spread his power to even more realities."
However, I deviate from there. From the ninth Doctor's Perspective, he has not met Rose Tyler yet. For Ten and Rose, this happens just before the "Fear Her" episode. For the eleventh Doctor, this is sometime after "Big Bang 2" when Amy and Rory are traveling with the Doctor. The first eight Doctors are only mentioned in the Prologue.
I do not own anything from the BBC, Doctor Who or any associated characters.
This is my first Fanfic ever. I'm still learning

In his desolate mind he heard the TARDIS groaning due to the massive spacial and temporal distortions in this universe caused by the destruction of Earth befor
