The Reaper EffectThe Mass Effect games have always been some of my favourites. With an emphasis on player choice, and a character that travels through all three of the games with you, it was unique and pulled off many things that other games usually fail at. After I finished the final game, along with a bit of the DLC, I was beyond upset with the ending. It didn’t fit the character and actually left me with far more questions than answers. The Reaper Effect15 hours ago in General Fiction More Like This
Apparently I was visibly upset; I will admit I do tend to get overly invested in certain games. A close friend of mine asked what had me so angry. I assured him it was nothing, but, seeing as we share an apartment, he knows me far better than that. Fully aware that my involvement and attachment to certain games makes gaming a guilty pleasure of mine, he sat me down and demanded to know what was wrong.
Giving in to his demand for an answer I recounted all that had me so upset. It’s a silly matter, but it felt amazing to tell someone about my frustrations.
